Great place to securely leave your bags…
Great place to securely leave your bags and explore Poland. Nice warm friendly atmosphere and they speak great English too! I didn’t realise it’s also a lounge not just a baggage drop of location so you can chill out with snacks and do some online work between train rides.

Easy experience
The app was easy to use and I was a bit daunted that the drop off point was a massage parlour but the host was extremely friendly and helpful and there was a lot of luggage there so people were using it.
I would not hesitate to use luggagehero again.

Easy & Safe Luggage Storage in Cusco

I arrived and nobody was there. I called for the device for the parking place. And the guy there was rude, and told me “no place available”. I said that I have a reservation, but the person came after 30 minutes.
