The process was a little more confusing than I thought it would be. Once published I found mistakes after I ordered some copies. I guess I didn’t understand enough about formatting.

I have been working with Lulu as a self publisher since 2013 and I confirm the company delivers what it promises. The support team is always available to help all the way through with any issues you might face. Their free services are plenty to let you create an awesome project that will thrive, so, you can only imagine where the paid service might get your project to - skyrocket-.

They were very fast and easy to work with! Had no issues.

I love the templates for producing the book and the cover. About 15 minutes to upload everything and send it off to print!

Easy to create my calendars. The results are great. Once the notification arrives that the calendar has been prepared, postage is very quick.

I have used Lulu to produce several revisions of two books, and the experience has been very good. The publishing process allows an author to upload, revise, proof, and refine a book until the printed result is right. The online preview tools are useful, and the finished books have matched my expectations very closely. Print quality, binding, and especially the glossy cover reproduction have been excellent. Lulu has made it practical for an independent author to turn a Word manuscript into a professional-looking physical book without having to order hundreds of copies. I particularly appreciate being able to order individual proofs while continuing to improve the work.
