I order 6 bench grinders when I receive emails proving parcel arrived it wasn’t my address driver to neighbour 5 minutes after I knock neighbours door they said we haven’t got anything which is dodgy Naeber and I report to Customer Service he’s very rude. He blame on me he said is your neighbours problem? It’s not my problem. It’s drivers problem they should bring the parcel to my address not to the neighbours and I have camera recorder I report to eBay as well I ask for my refund because I haven’t got a parcel I should read all the reviews before I order from this rubbish company.

Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that only one bench grinder was purchased, rather than six.
We've also looked into the delivery details. The issue appears to have arisen from the format of the delivery address provided. The door number and street name were listed before the business name, meaning the courier treated the residential address as the primary delivery location. Unfortunately, the business name was not recognised as the first line of the address.
If the business name had been entered as the first line of the delivery address, this would typically have been used as the primary delivery destination. In this case, however, the parcel was delivered to the door number and street address shown on the label.
We have checked the courier's GPS data, which confirms the parcel was delivered to the location associated with the address provided.
As the parcel has been delivered but cannot now be located, we would recommend reporting the matter to the police as a theft and obtaining a crime reference number. Once this has been done, we will be happy to assist by providing the courier's GPS location data and delivery photograph to support any investigation.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. For any future orders, we would recommend entering the business or company name as the first line of the delivery address where applicable, as this helps ensure the courier identifies the intended delivery location correctly.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Delivery just arrived without any notification, unit could not be adjusted correctly. Returned for inspection and new unit. Collection arrived a day earlier than notified. Had to chase constantly for any updates. After several weeks Lumberjack said they couldn’t be bothered and were just going to give me my money back! I’ve gone elsewhere, where my custom is valued!
Update Post Response from Lumberjack - the company still fundamentally does not understand the nature of the problem, in that the machine could not be adjusted correctly due to the trunnion not moving even after bolts were loosened. I did not need a machine to be fully assembled and adjusted before shipping to me. I just needed a machine the could be adjusted. A new one or the rectified original one was all I was asking for. Instead, they couldn’t be bothered to resolve the issue and just sent my money back. They are obviously doing very well to turn down a sale of significant value!

We would first like to apologise for any delays experienced throughout this process. We are genuinely disappointed with the outcome, particularly as we could see from your initial correspondence that you were pleased with the saw when you first received it.
Regarding the collection, our courier would normally send tracking details and collection notifications to the email address and contact number provided with the order. However, we can see that the saw was collected a day earlier than requested. We have raised this directly with the courier to ensure collection instructions are followed correctly in future and to help prevent this happening to other customers.
We would also like to clarify the timeline, as we hope this provides some context behind our decision to issue a refund.
Your machine was returned to us on Friday 10th July. As we are closed over the weekend, it was booked in for inspection during the week commencing 13th July.
As the reported issue related to adjustments and alignment, the inspection required our technician to fully assemble the machine before assessing and testing it. This process naturally took longer than a standard inspection.
Being a relatively small team with limited technical resources, our technician was unfortunately unable to assemble and test a replacement machine within the timeframe needed. As we were aware you were looking for a prompt resolution, we felt that issuing a full refund was the quickest and fairest solution rather than asking you to wait longer.
We hope this helps explain our decision and, more importantly, reassures you that you are a valued customer. While we're sorry we weren't able to provide the outcome you were hoping for on this occasion, our intention was always to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

Due to the amount of items, and the weight of these items, they were sent out on a pallet delivery service, rather than the standard DPD next working day service.
