Ordered 3 figures off them. I was in Tokyo at the time and only 2 figures were ready so we scheduled a pick up. Once the third one was ready they shipped it straight to my hotel which made the whole process super easy. Always fast, helpful responses to my msgs. Would definitely use again.

I have been a customer of Luna Park for a while and they provide consistently good service. They are quick to respond to questions and package their items carefully

So I had been looking for a Special Colour Edition of Armor Plus Ronin Warriors Sage Date and when I found it on this store (and for a good price) I thought it was too good to be true since I'm always careful with who I buy from internationally so I asked my discord if they bought from this place before and they said they did so I thought I'd give it a shot and after a while I got the thing I wanted new and unopened like the page promised.

Amazing site, great prices (imo) and a fair shipping price (i order from EU), everytime i asked them something they gave me lighting fast responses everytime i emailed them, the package arrived unscathed, the box inside was undamaged and the stuff inside was even more protected, the only thing is that it took a LOOONG time due to it being a holiday order but thats reasonable.

Been a long time customer of Luna Park Store. They have good stocks of rare figures and reasonable prices! Love securing orders from them and getting it faster to be shipped.Highly recommened! Also their customer support is really helpful.

Update: they offered a discount code for my trouble and promised to improve on this. My opinion has become more positive of them.

Placed orders at two separate times, first was fine, took over a month to ship and days to get a response. The excuse was “theres a holiday in japan” okay. It arrived after two months from ordering.
My second order was on their sister site for specific types of figures, ordered an item that didn’t ship for ages again (two weeks) so I contacted them. Got the same excuse of this supposed “holiday” in japan, convenient. I was told it would ship the following week, and after another week it still didn’t ship. Asked again and “it would ship the following week” and once again it didn’t. At this point it had been over a month since I ordered. I asked once again and they said they would check with the warehouse, another week of waiting with no update and i again messaged for any sort of response and was told the item was “damaged” and they’d refund me. At this point the item was sold out at other stores because it had been so long, so I asked how bad the damage was. It took a few days to be told warehouse would send photos. Another two weeks and I still hadn’t gotten any update, so i message *again* and was told they would get me photos *again*. At this point i was giving up any hope as they were clearly stringing me on for an item they didn’t have. After a further week and a half this time, and not being given any photos of this supposed damage i was told they would buy a replacement and i would be refunded, and when the replacement arrives i can reorder. Okay I accept that. A week and no refund is given so i ask and am told to wait longer. A few days pass and still no refund, they tell me they will urge finance, I accept this and wait another week and have no refund! I once again ask why i have no refund, and why my bank says it hasn’t even been initiated. I am told it will be with me within the next week and an hour later i get the notification that it has finally been initiated and will be with me soon.
After getting the refund i ask when the item will arrive, i am told i will be updated and that update still hasn’t come. I ordered this in October 2025. And i’m not a fake customer my order number is for the first is 4605 and the second is L1013. They will make you go through hoops to finally tell you they never had the item in the first place and go through more hoops for a refund.

this shop is full of unethical scammers who will delay, not answer questions, give vague and misleading replies, and do anything to cover up the fact that they advertise having items in stock that they do not have. then they try to buy them for cheap and sell to you for a profit. they play games, refuse to answer simple questions like "do you have my item in stock or not". took them months of delay tactics before they admitted they do not have the items they advertise in stock. avoid. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I have ordered once from Premium Luna Park on ebay back in 2024 when they had a presence there. It was a Gundam Metal Build Purchase. Even though it took a long while, the item eventually came. I went to Japan Sep 2025 and really wanted GFFMC Unicorn as it was on display. I knew I would of missed it as I am a tourist afterall.

I decided to give Luna Park another go by going to their website this time, I had a long think about it as it is an expensive purchase, no different to previous purchase or future. The item came in 1 week and 5 days.

I now can say I can buy with confidence with Luna Park’s website. The packaging was well packed with care. Super happy with it.

I have not received my order and there is no correct email to contact the company. Hell of a way to run a business. I ordered this on 11/28/2025. The response email said 1-2 for delivery. This is a christmas gift. It has now been 4 weeks. Order number 23381. Got a response from Luna Park and they will be sending my order as soon as it's available from the issuing company.

Luna Park has reached out to me to resolve my issue.

Love this store!!! They usually have the newest and rarest items. I do alot of pre-orders with Luna Park. Once the orders arrive in there warehouse, I receive it in 2 days to the U.S. Customer service is top-notch. I get answers the same day!! Don't wait, get it from Luna Park!!!

I recently purchased two figures from them. One was SH FIGUARTS MAJIN BUU GOOD and the other was SH FIGUARTS SON GOKU AND DRAGON 40th ANNIVERSARY EDITION figure. Both reached safely here in India where I live in. The packaging was super strong and the were very responsive to all my mails and messages.
I have placed another order for SH FIGUARTS SUPER SAYAN BROLY EVENT EXCLUSIVE figure. Will share that review soon.

This was my first order with Luna Park. It took a while to ship from Japan to the UK but customer service was very responsive and I got my Transformer Inferno eventually. I'm happy and would use Luna Park again. By the way, there are a few rare items that are priced too high for me so I'll be looking out for discount vouchers in the newsletter ;)

Trust should be the foundation of all business, especially for preordering figures from Japan. If that's what you are looking for, stay as far back away from them as possible. They will break any promise when it's convenient for them. Despite multiple reassurance that they won't go back on their words, they will still do it at the end. Long story short, look else where to save yourself from troubles down the road.

I initially did not follow up after receiving my refund, as the matter was resolved. However, your company contacted me directly via email in September 2024 to apologize for the mistake and inconvenience, offered me a store credit as compensation. At no point during this exchange was I asked to confirm whether I had already received a refund, which I had been granted through PayPal over a month prior. If your billing department lacks the processes to accurately track such transactions, that is an internal issue and not my responsibility.

Acting in good faith based on your apology and offer, I even deleted my previous negative review.

Several months later, I used the store credit to place a pre-order that was scheduled to ship in November 2024. What followed was a pattern of delays, each accompanied by a different excuse that proved to be unfounded. After finally reaching my limit, I requested a refund for the portion I had paid with my own funds (excluding the store credit). This process was then unnecessarily prolonged, taking several more months before the refund was finally issued in September 2025.

If Trustpilot allowed the inclusion of images, I would gladly post the complete email chain to substantiate these claims and demonstrate the consistent misinformation and unprofessional handling of this situation. They have zero honor or dignity, just a bunch of lies and cheats.

Finally, just scroll through their reviews and see for yourself. How many 1 review unverified accounts you see that gave them 5 stars? Take your money somewhere else, and save yourself troubles down the road.
