I'm a LONG-time Gundam/Mecha/Anime fan and I've been a LunaPark online store user (lpstore & lpprem. sites) since 2021. The reason I still use them is that they have a top-notch / A-1 selection for my gundam collection interests and I haven't had any issues w/shipping, etc. They're pretty responsive and courteous, too, which is a real bonus these days...you're not going to find any online site that's "100% just for you", but the lunapark stores are a great go-to for me! I expect another Fedex pkg today from LP, which is just a 3-4 day turn-around! Thanks, LP!!

Shipped me a product with damage. Keep responding saying they will send me a return shipping label but never send the label. No resolution for import costs. Overall terrible experience, I have been trying to sort this out for 6 months.

Further to leaving this review, Luna Park are now refusing to provide support:

"We can't issue a return label for you as long as the review remains there, we see it as a deal breaker. If the review was written by you, can we ask you to go back to what agreed, please kindly delete the review then we will issue a return label for you"

I have been a customer with luna park since 2011 and very happy with their shop.

Even I live in Australia, I am able to get many hard to find items from them over the years.

From my experience, their online customer support has been very good, patient and responsive in helping me with my queries as well.

Purchasing from lunapark is straight forward and easy. They offer great Japanese exclusives which can be hard to come by from other sites. If requested they do offer down payment programs and paypal for those looking to limit risk. They respond over chat pretty quickly when you have questions. I would have given a 5 but sometimes they can be a bit slower than desired to get your items shipped. So far I have bought multiple items and always got what I paid for,

Have bought several Mafex and Macross figures and have not been disappointed. Excellent customer service and support if you should have any issues. Would recommend.

I have been purchasing collectibles from this store for many, many years. My experience has always been great. Their customer service has always been consistent and top notch. Items always arrive on time and the communication with the owner of the store is great. They always reach out to Make sure you are satisfied and that the item arrives safely and complete. That’s an unusual quality for any store to have given how much product and repeated business there is and this store has. I highly recommend this store and their items. Buy with a piece of mind and assurance you will get your merchandise. If you have your doubts. Reach out to the owner they will respond and try hard to provide satisfaction.

Customer service responds very quickly. New goods are shipped quickly. Rare goods are usually shipped within 3 months.

Shop from which I have been purchasing supplies for a few years now and I must say that I have always had a great experience... It has very friendly and polite staff with its customers and is ready to fulfill every request that is you asked... Shipments are absolutely well protected to preserve the box of our favorite products during their journey and I must say that they are also very fast in their deliveries..I would recommend everyone to contact this fantastic shop for their future purchases and I am sure that you will be fully satisfied!!!!

Their service was great but has been going really down for the past 4 months. Recently I ordered an instock item on August 24 and as of September 15 it is not shipped out. Very disappointing.

Update: My item did arrive on October 10th. I do not appreciate that I had to contact customer support to find out this item was backordered even though it was in stock at the time.

Made my pre-order in May for Gundam Fixed Figuration Deathscythe Hell with Lunar Park Store. The price has gone up a lot since then. I knew mine is the second batch which is released in August even the advertising says the product will be released in July. The order was shipped to Australia on the 2nd day after it released. I am super happy it only took 5 days to arrive. Will recommend this store to my friends. I think they can improve on taking initiative to up date buyers during the preorder period.

Premium Luna Park tried to scam me. Kept sending only 1 or 2 out of multiple items I ordered at a time. Had to chargeback the rest of my order. Stay away.

My order didn't get ship in a year! I have to send multiple emails every week to rush for the shipment, but they still holding 2/3 of my orders...unbelievable...

Good store. Item arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition.

Would not recommend buying there. Ordered a product that was already sold out years ago but I found it at their website. So I was happy about that and ordered. Nothing happend for a week so I asked and the response was: „we are trying to locate the stock, we had a few units all sold out, we will get back to you shortly about this.“ How are they not able to know where or if they have the product und list it as „available“. Another week past and they said they surprisingly have it. The refund after that also was a week after that. I still don't understand how you can claim that you have the goods and have to look for them first in the probably several warehouses. During this time, the price was also raised again and the status remained "available" even though they had no idea where the product was. In addition, the company is not able to formulate an english business letter and pay attention to the simplest grammatical rules. Don't shop there. Period from the 8th of January to the 9th of February where I received the refund.
