Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered some items in the morning and the manager called me in the afternoon to explain there would be two separate deliveries due to items being in different stores! I can’t remember the last time when someone actively called me with an update without a prompt or a query! Wow, active customer service does exist! It made me feel quite special 😂

Have been without a jacket for 5 weeks!!!
Ordered a jacket which arrived pretty fast - certainly can’t complain with the delivery.
After 3 days, I noticed the jacket had a faulty zip. I Was asked to send pictures of the zip and was then asked to send the jacket back for them to inspect it personally. 1 week after sending back the jacket, I had to get in touch with them to chase it up. I was told that they would need to send it back to the manufacturer which may take a few weeks and that I could not have a refund or replacement, until the manufacturer had got back to them.
It has now been nearly 4 weeks and I still have not heard anything back. I have since bought a new jacket, as I work outdoors and cannot go without a jacket during winter.
Had I been sent a replacement jacket, I would have been more than happy. But this has been awful customer service and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

It is always disappointing to receive poor feedback and is usually because of a breakdown of relations, customer expectations or both.
Admittedly, it has taken a little longer than expected but was a direct result of mail strike backlogs and Xmas returns which were unprecedented.
You posted the item back to us on the 20th Jan and it was opened and processed by us on the 27th January. Your return was sent back to the manufacturer on the 30th Jan and was received by them on the 6th Feb.
As it stands your item has been back with the manufacturer for 12 working days.
We return all items to the manufacturer for inspection. We simply do not have the facilities to inspect items. This is made quite clear in our returns policy.
The manufacturer processes items as quickly as they can. Sometimes it is around 2-3 weeks or longer. Regrettably, this is not something that we as the retailer can control.
You emailed us late yesterday and I have spoken to the manufacturer this morning in response to that email.
The manufacturer will be processing your item within the next few days, as normally expected and within 2-3 weeks. Once we have the outcome of the manufacturer's inspection we will contact you.
We hope to have concluded this within the next few days and we will be very sad to lose you as a customer.

Great service, item was delivered quickly and as expected, at a great price! Would recommend this company, and use them again!

Rab Nebula Pro Ladies Jacket
I ordered this jacket day before I went away for walking holiday. I had ordered it very late and wasn't expecting it to arrive before I left. It arrived within 24 hours and I wore it all holiday. Good quality, lovely and warm and certainly recommend it.

Marvelous Service
This company was one of the few that stocked the hat I was looking for, in my size. I found their website easy to use and had regular updates on my order.
