This company is the middleman for Conde Nast Traveller UK edition. I made the worst mistake in subscribing for a year's subscription to be mailed to my USA residence. The first issue was to be May/June 2024. Instead of receiving the magazine I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! I tried emailing them via the Conde Nast Traveller UK's website except no one in customer service bothers to reply to one's emails (I sent several over the course of a week's time). So I ended up having to call their UK phone number which is not free! I was told that because I am a foreign customer I needed to wait 21 days AFTER the magazine sale date in the UK! My God that is waiting almost one full month. The May/June 2024 issue went on sale in the UK on Apr. 25th. But here it is May 20th and I still have not received the magazine. It either was never sent out or is lost! I have tried emailing their customer service again without any reply as usual. Now I am very livid that I wish to cancel my subscription because I don't want to have to deal with waiting and wondering each month if I'll be receiving the magazine which I paid good money for upfront. This magazineboutique.uk is a wreck and is awful. I would NEVER recommend subscribing if they're involved!
