We contacted Magictrips UK after receiving an offer from Travelzoo and initially spoke to Juliet who was very kind and patient. We agreed the details of a short holiday in December to Benidorm with her and were then transferred to Greg to confirm and Pay which we then did. Greg was again efficient and patient with my wife and myself and we will definitely book with them again given the same opportunity - a fair price to a nice location and treated with respect throughout. Being well experience travelled person, I like all facilities including food of IL Marcanta Resort/Hotel, Sherm Al Sheikh.
Staff of resort are well mannered, humble,warm and helpful.
I enjoyed all inclusive with TUI as well. However, I am not dismissing to repeat Magic trip for our next ( In Sha Allah ) trip.
I thank you Mr. Harris Hussain of Magic trip and Magic trip itself to remove our fear ( on booking) which is now replaced by thanks.
