Have used this company for a few years and never had a problem. Placed a order with them on the 28th June, they confirmed the order in a email took £62 from my bank. Still waiting for the order to arrive, have sent numerous emails, not one reply, a very annoyed customer.

Order arrived on time however I did not receive what I ordered, emailed them twice and got absolutely no response,
Will not be ordering from them again.

Quick delivery. Limited choice but great quality products. Always get my liquids from here and they have never failed me.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company at all. I made an order that came to £23.98. I never received any of the products on this order so they have effectively stolen my money. They don't answer emails and the telephone number given is useless, you never get through, it just rings with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I am completely disgusted and will never buy from you again.

Second ever order from them was incomplete and they sent a note with it saying they would be in contact over the next couple of days,that was 3 weeks and several emails ago and still heard nothing.They don't seem to have grasped the concept of customer service.

I have used this site for a while and have never had a problem. My last order did not turn up on time. So i sent them a number of emails asking to confirm my delivery date. They did not bother to reply to my emails and I had to get my money back via PayPal. I do not have a problem when orders are going to be late. My problem is when the seller does not communicate with me the customer. Safe to say i will be taking my money else where

I'd avoid this company like the plague! They take your money and don't send you the goods, or send you half the goods. They never return or acknowledge any emails. I'm now in the process of going through with a bank dispute to claim back the money they've effectively and fraudulently stolen from me.

Been using magnifecig for over 2 years, spent 100's of pound with them. I had an issue with my email liquid and tried to contact them and they never got back to me. Sent them 4 emails and contacted them on Facebook and got nothing. There happy to take your money but whenever there's an issue there not interested. Won't be using again.

Beware! If you need to return a product you'll be totally ignored. There is no customer service what so ever.
Possibly easy to order and fast delivery but that's where it stops.
If you have an issue/problem with your delivery, GOOD LUCK

I ordered a new E-Cig Innokin Itaste CLK KIt from magnifecig on there store it showed photos of the complete kit boxed when i finally recieved it i didnt get it boxed all i got was the usb charger the ecig battery the clearomiser but was missing the lanyard and beauty ring which there shop showed the complete kit!!! I tried to email, send them a message from my account even tried contacting them on there 3 facebook pages not a single word from them and that was 7 days ago!!! now ive ordered there eliquids on a few occasions and had no problems and rapid delivery so cant fault them on delivery but wen theres problems with your order they just ignore you!!! I will be taking this up with my bank on the 25th if they havent got in touch by that date. WARNING AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! they have zero customer service for enquiries or disputing an order not a professional company.

I dealt with this company the first time just to see if I should really trust them or not since there isn't many reviews about them.
I was surprised on the first purchase I made, I received the set of e-liquieds the next day pretty much straight away.
The e-liquid was amazing, never made me cough or gave me a bad throat the next day from using it - Supreme Quality!!
Even when I made a mistake with the flavours I chose, all I had to do was to get in contact and I sent them the order number and the correct flavours I wanted.
I must admit the "Tutti fruity flavour" didn't taste as expected but never the less, all the other flavours I ordered was simply amazing and rich with flavour!
I purchased another different set of e-liquids, and again, I was never disappointed, they reached my address the next day straight away and the flavours were simply amazing and rich with flavour AGAIN.
I definitely recommend this company.
You will not be disappointed.
