Mail Butler is a fantastic tool that I primarily use to check if when my emails are read but the other features such as follow up are also really helpful.

A real help for any business. A must-have tool for any company that provide useful features to your email client. I love the send later feature!

Does exactly what it says on the box, and then some. Manages all of your mail, outgoing, read receipts, follow up reminders, workflow and creates great digital email signatures that you can choose from a menu. Good product with a short learning curve.

An amazing utility for Mac Mail

This app is very util and helps me on a daily basis. The top feature I'm using is the ability to use templates with placeholders.
I'm recommending this app for everyone who needs to send a lot of emails and is using templates.

This productivity app is a huge time saver for me and an essential tool for my business. I have saved so much time using the template feature and love the email scheduler. I also find email tracking helpful at times. There are many more features this app has that I don't use, but should probably learn how. Their customer service is fantastic too. This a must-have app .

I love how Mailbutler integrates perfectly into Mac Mail. With using a program i'm already familar with and adding additional features I can't now live without. Tracking emails was one of the major features I loved but there was a large difference in price for me from proffesional to business. That now been resolved with the introduction of Proffesional +. So smart adding in the 3 price levels to cater for all people! The online support is seriously next level. This is how you should look after your customers. HUGE FAN!

It has interesting features but it doesn't worth the price for some users. I'm a professional I use mail for Mac and I find useful some of the solutions, but if you want to keep the free content that for me was a simply delay in the sending process, you will receive a lot of annoying notifications that sometimes push you to the uninistall solution.

Mailbutler has several useful features, the most important of which are 1) the ability to tell whether and when an email was opened, 2) a 10-second delay in sending emails (I have used this feature multiple times when, having pressed send, I realized I had left something important out and needed to make changes before sending it), and 3) the ability to schedule the sending of an email at a time that will make it the most effective in reaching the attention of the recipient.

With five active email accounts to keep track of, Mailbutler has proven to be a life saver. The ability to turn emails into to-do items or notes, or the ability to snooze emails until a later date have revolutionized the way I handle email. Add all the other features, like seamless integration with contacts, and email has turned from a nightmare to an effective tool again.

I have been using Mailbutler for such a long time now and it just gets better and better. The tool has become an indispensable part of my email practices - from being able to schedule, through to templates and of course the tracking - it just makes everything that bit easier!!!

A great service without an obtrusive interface.

This is an essential add-on for the most-used app on my Mac - email. It allows tracking and scheduling and other goodies that Apple should have built into their Mail program but did not. I do not regret buying and adding this to my arsenal of tools.

There are two huge features for me. First is to see when my email was opened - and when. Second is to schedule followup message. I've also found the Mailbutler support is quite responsive - even half way around the globe.

I used the Mailbutler add-on for my Mac Mail and it worked perfectly. I really liked the experience but the only thing I didn't like was the price. Apart from that, it's an awesome add-on with a lot of great features. Oh, and I need to mention the support team always offering a helping hand and answering my emails.

Just signed up for mail-butler but there was a process problem and I was asked to sign up again. I had hurdles I could not surmount and the Mail Butler team came to the rescue. They were customer focused and made sure I was able to reconnect and now I can get on with help from Mailbutler saving me time, providing me with an organised diary and enabling me to check up on my team had read my communications. If it had not been for Claire, Sarah and Tiffany I may well have given up. Thank you for your empathy and support.

I have been using Mailbutler since their early days and still using it today. It provides exactly those features the Mac Email App is missing. The ones I use mostly are tracking, scheduling of emails and templates.

Really helpful to track email and automate a lot of features with Apple Mail

I am totally in love with Mailbutler and it’s features. For me as an freelance Filmmaker it’s my goto tool, when it comes to boosting my productivity. There are so many helpful features packed in this little mail expansion.
Absolute favourite: follow up reminder and the contacts panel!
Yes - there are some features I don’t use on a daily base, but overall it’s a dream an you should give it a try!
