Great service from Cambridge store…
Great service from the store colleague as always at Cambridge. Was offered to taste a few wines at the tasting table and enjoyed the wines. Engaging conversation about wine generally and an overall great experience.

Very good choice of wines, including sparkling, on special offers. I booked the 6 I wanted but then saw I would get another £10 off if I spent over £100. I, therefore, added another 2 bottles getting my bill up to £103. I paid online a charge of £93! And then collected the merchandise about an hour later. Excellent performance throughout. Well done.

The staff are always very helpful. But surely you should change your stock holding decisions so that the branches order what they want, rather than head office providing what they think the branch should have

Customer service failure
Placed an order (terrible website) but realised it needed to be amended, so phoned. Was told they would try and stop it at the warehouse. This didn't happen. Eventually got a call back to say they would try to stop it with the courier but the customer service rep was leaving for the day and would put my case on the handover sheet to be picked up the following morning and someone would call me to confirm. This didn't happen so at 1pm I called, nothing had been handed over and my order / delivery was now several hours in to being processed with the courier. Now when asked to escalate this i was told the escalation could take 3 days before they call me back, up to 5 days to refund then another 7 to replace the order and receive it, so potentially 15 days

The members of staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable.. the wines we buy/bought are very nice .. new manager in southend took over for a month wine counter was very good.. when you see oyster bay on the counter its a no ,that's a mediocre supermarket wine at best

I order my wine to deliver. They take my order and deliver next day. If my choice wine not available they suggest something similar.in variably that’s to my liking.
I find them very helpful. So far working well.
