Bad Experience
Bad experience.
I bought a mtb on their site, but it arrived with different components.
I contacted the customer service, but in their opinion the difference between the components is not enough to make a complaint.
The mtb had 21 rims mounted instead of 23.

This is standard practice for all bike manufacturers and has nothing to do with Mammoth Bikes.

Great store and very friendly service
I needed help removing the pedals of my bike which were really badly stuck. Sebastian and Jose were super helpful and got it done! It was very hard but they did it quickly and free of charge!

Saved my holiday
The Mammoth guys were great! After a long trip from Australia, my bike arrived with brake and gear problems, but a quick call and the team managed to get me ready to ride within a few hours. Saved my holiday. Would recommend them to any bike tourists out there!

I received my Cannondale bike even…
I received my Cannondale bike even before the time given of estimated delivery. The bike were delivered well protected inside the cartoon box, why it arrived in a perfect condition without any scratches even if the exterior cartoon box had a few. It also arrived with video tutorials for how to put the bike together upon arrival.

The experience was ok with the excepcion of the shipping provider, DPD(Seur/Chronopost) is always a problem, delayed delivery's, useless trackin, absence of comunication between spanish seur and dpd in Portugal. Mammoth chat is ok but i almost never have answer on pending situations.
