Really good service
Really good service, great prices and fast delivery. My only quibble would be relating to returns. The €10.99 charge is very high and makes it not feasible to return any products. I think some more options relating to returning items at a more reasonable cost would be better.

Great prices and clothes but delivery and refund price expensive
Great range of brands at very competitive prices, and the quality of the clothing is generally very good. The website is easy to use and there are often great bargains available.
However, the delivery and return costs are quite expensive compared to other online retailers. Having to pay around €11 to return an item makes it difficult to justify ordering, especially if something doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable. Unfortunately, the high return charges take away from what is otherwise a very positive shopping experience.

Terrible no help with a parcel that got lost and dumped in a shed by courier at the wrong address. The company refused to help in any way so stuck with a damaged parcel due to length of time missing and no refund given
