I would choose no stars but I can't. T-shirt was wrong size. The cost of sending it back was equal to the cost of the t-shirt and double the cost of the original postage. a week later and I still have not heard about my refund. I will never use this company again.

Usually when we are informed of this, we will provide a free return label, however as this label has already been purchased, we have now issued a refund for this.

I ordered a pair of Shoes size 11, very very small fitting, found it not quite straight forward with trying to return item either, doesn't see to be proper path to this, dont like that there is no free returns either and min is €10
