Bought a pair of earrings at £30. valued at £80 look like something came out of a lucky bag..Absolutely disappointed at the purchase..never again...

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings which were stunning. Good amount of silver at a reasonable price. Delivery was also within 3 days. Highly impressed.

Ordered 2 pairs of silver earrings. One I was happy with, the other was a pair of hooped earrings that were quite flimsy and the back fitting was so stiff that the hoop became misshapen as I battled to open / close it.
They weren’t cheap @ £50 for the 2 pairs.
I messaged them on FB, and basically the reply was “ Thanks for letting us know “ ! Will not buy from them again.
Update - the firm did answer my complaint, and I was given a refund for the earrings.
Therefore I have added one more star to my review.

I ordered a pair of amethyst drop earrings for my daughters birthday.
They arrived the day after I ordered them and I wasn't disappointed.

They are beautiful, well made, delicate and not too big. Shame they don't seem to do a matching necklace. I couldn't find one on the website when I looked.

I've ordered a few things now, super impressed with the quality, service and price. Beautiful jewellery. Excellent service.

Amazing customer service, same day despatch. Excellent overall

The jewellery looks very nice. But unfortunately it is way below the quality level it should be. Bought 3 pairs of silver sterling earrings (£20 each). 2 of the 3 pairs broke, one pair at 2 weeks old, one pair at 6 weeks old. And because of their returns policy (you cannot return worn earrings, even if they have broken) we have wasted all that money and no chance of a refund.

So cannot recommend them. I hope they improve their quality and also improve their returns scheme.

Very disappointed in quality of workmanship of my earrings. Given that ear-hooks & jewel settings are most probably factory made, the only craftmanship required was to set the stone: after wearing 11 times one stone fell out. Swapped for new no problem - a few weeks later the other stone fell out. Had similar from other sources that have lasted years. Was a gift, so unwilling to let gifter know, as embarrassing for her.

An extremely helpful person answered the phone straight away and personally checked the items I enquired about, even doing their own research for suitability of a brooch for a specific use. Basic delivery option was superfast. I was able to buy 2 items, then return one item with no fee. The day after posting the unwanted item back, I received a personal email to say that they had made the refund. I would not hesitate to recommend Martha Jackson.

I love their unique designs and that they use recycled silver. You don't get anything like this on the hight street and they are very well priced.
Delivery is quick and the jewellery is well packaged.

Incredible customer service, I can’t fault them at all! I messaged on a Sunday evening with a self-inflicted gift box disaster (dropped water allover it and it was somebody else’s) and I got a response within minutes, with the new gift box sent straight out to me the next day.
I couldn’t have wished for better customer service and will be buying their gorgeous products really soon.
