Unsure as to some of the bad reviews on here! I just bought my first batch of the premium matcha powder after only trying matcha 2-3 times before. I bought a matcha kit to go with.
I prepared with oat milk over ice & it is my favourite part of the day! Delicious

Ordered 2x 80gr matcha and received only half of it for full price. I tried to call the customer services but nobody bothers to answer the call. Another scam so to see. I hope you'll get what you give. So mote it be.
Update:
I have received the other half of my order (a damaged one-what a service!) after some emails has been sent. Anyway...service doesn't go hand in hand with the product, and it only needs attention and respect for the customer.

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order ten days ago and on the website it says that it will be sent within 48-72 hours. After 5 days I finally had an email to say that it had been sent but then there was nothing on the tracking. When it finally appeared on the tracking, days later, it was in Madrid. I believed this to be a UK company as they appear to be on their Instagram page. I am still waiting for my product and as it is currently abroad it is not going to arrive any time soon. Never again

Disappointed - not as great as they make up to be on Instagram
I recently placed my first order for the Matcha Collagen, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The delivery took much longer than expected, with the order coming from Spain. I had to reach out via email to track my order, as there was no prior notice regarding any delays. Additionally, the customer service team wasn’t helpful or friendly, which added to my disappointment. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and I don’t plan on ordering again.

Lovely matcha! Really great customer service. Very reasonably priced Considering the company is Spain, the delivery is very reasonable, tracking is provided via email. I recently deleted my email by mistake and the were very prompt in responding to my enquiry on WhatsApp to resend and pass on information for me. Thank you 😊

Fraudulent do not use
Mum ordered in Nov for Christmas didn’t arrive. No replies to emails, I have since emailed in Jan again no replies. This company is based in Spain and I believe them to be fraudulent.
