Terrible!
Used to be great- I have traded multiple devices with no complaints...TERRIBLE experience this time. I sent a 1 year old iPhone 11 Pro in that had been in a case from day one. They nitpicked and dropped the original offer by $175. I took it because I didn't want to deal with the return. I'll never use them again. The Apple trade will be my go to from now on. At least they honor their offer.

Highly recommend
I have been using Maxback for a few years now and they are wonderful! For me they have paid out more money then other companies offer. They have a good turnaround in checking your items as well as with the payment. Also, they have a great costumer service which I had the pleasure of speaking with when I forgot to deactivate find my phone. A bit embarrassing, they were extremely understanding considering they send you all the steps several times and in bold letters.
I would highly recommend!

My exchange was finalized on September…
My exchange was finalized on September 15,2020 and then they changed it to October 2,2020. Today is October 16,2020 and still did not receive my payment. I am done with MaxBack !!!!!!
After my initial review, Doris, from customer service contacted me and explained what the problem was and why it took so long for my payment to arrive. So, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Would recommend MaxBack and will do business with them again.
