So disappointed my husband has copd so with the hot weather he was struggling ,so a bit more than I wanted to pay £509 I purchased air con machine on it arriving the box was very damaged i raised this and got told its only the package so after a day of it standing we turned it on and it sounds like a bag of nails and guess what Friday after 5 nothing can be sorted all gone home

Unfortunately, as your issue was reported after 5pm on a Friday, our customer service team had already finished for the week. While we appreciate this was frustrating, our business operates Monday to Friday and we were therefore unable to investigate or arrange a resolution until the next working day.

Best fan I have bought I have two rooms put in to one and it has no problem keeping it cool, the fan is so quiet and the way it moves being able to go up, down, left and right it cools the room in no time, highly recommended.

So pleased we purchased the air…
So pleased we purchased the air conditioning unit which has been put to good use!
The supplier made it clear that this was a pre order. It arrived safely but I think given the cost of the unit, a bit more clarity or comms in advance of the unit arriving would have been helpful. We were lucky that one of us happened to be working from home.
Cost wise, very competitive and when I was looking, it was the only place which allowed a pre order which was great.

I have the Meacodry Arete one 20L Dehumidifier & air purifier Areteone20L! It has been amazing 🤩 it has stoped the mould and damp in my house 🤩👍dried washing 👍🤩and purified air 👍🤩 brilliant for allergy sufferers👍🤩 would highly recommend.
