The weight is slowly coming off and I’ve not really changed what I eat. But I’m not snacking chocolate biscuits and crisps between meals, that temptation has gone.

In spite of spending 5 days of providing evidence of my last provider , my email with my receipt , my order receipt, my passport and body pics I was not provided with MJ from Med express. When you get your order from a dr and they dont provide your prescription but dispatch it direct this is NOT good enough for Med Express.

I wanted to order the 5mg treatment that I’d had previously but wasn’t allowed too their reasoning wasn’t as stated on their website, only 2.5 mg which hasn’t worked so that’s £185 wasted. If next treatment isn’t 5mg I will be going elsewhere

The whole experience of begining a new healthy journey was made with ease.Important questions were asked on the application and my video call with a doctor was great.I felt that the service i got was good,fast delivery and very happy with my order

From consultation to delivery everything was very quick. After care is available 24/7 if needed.

Oh to start with they are great. Order arrives when it says it is going too. 2nd order , 3rd order all great. Then you have a problem with the pen, loses medication and drains the fluid.

Contact customer services and this is where the fun begjns. I do everyrhing they ask of me, send pictures, explain the issue, I need a replacement pen...that is all. "We have credited your account for the lost dose" they say "i need a pen as i have 4 doses I cannot use, the pen is the issue, thanks for the credit but I just need a Pen"...."we will escalate to a senior advisor, we will contact you in 48 hours",,,,,so after 72 hours no response, so me being me contacted them again "please explain the problem, we cannot see the escalation" ....for real? Apparently so, oh but then I say "i am cancelling"....."oh yes We have found your case notes", so then I have 4 (yes 4!) Customer Services sdvisers all asking me the same thing. The latest is called "Innocent" - and to be fair Innocent gets 4.stars for at least grasping the problem.

So I have raised a formal complaint (i will not hear back) and demanded a refund (which I will not get) and I will not hold my breath waiting for the escalation call. Although if I do I may lose some weight by not eating....

10/10 to Start 1/10 to finish and 5/5 for Innocent, at least he/she listened and got it.

I DO NOT recommend this company, my opinion based on my experience.

Communication wasn’t great at first, ie they asked a question, I responded straightaway but it took a few days to deal with my response. However this was resolved in a few days and once medication was prescribed communication has been great and supportive . It’s early days but good so far
