If I could give minus stars I would. I paid 1000 euros for a TV and I never received it, the delivery is absolutely terrible, no one is being helpful, and I would seriously be complaining even more if I could because it’s ridiculous how Media Market isn’t trying to be helpful or fair at all.

Can’t recommend the online shop
Can’t recommend the online shop. I ordered through MM and MM charged the payment. Since then, 4 weeks have passed and I haven’t received my order. Support claims to contact Support of the original vendor. No accountability as a marketplace owner. I just cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

Horrible experience of returning the defective item by post
Despite contacting Service centre thrice I am unable to send the defective iron back. No one is providing the right information. A very bad experience indeed. The returning of an item is a horrible experience. Wasted two days.

The Mediamarkt in Gerngross in…
The Mediamarkt in Gerngross in Mariahilfer Straße is somehow not customer friendly! If you have problems with your item that you bought, then it’s not easy to return eventhough you have the right to reclaim. They search for every little scratch or defect, if there is a little scratch then they don’t accept the item. If they accept the item, they deduce 30% from the price that you have paid! Unbelievable!
Especially by the service point, there are 5 or 6 people, but you have to wait at least 30 or 45 minutes like waiting for a dentist. There are 3 women who take care of the customer but the 3 three men- at first I thought they were doing their internship because they didn’t care for the customers. I am not going to mention the persons‘ names here.
They are very unfriendly to the customers!

Much improved Service Counter interaction
The Customer Service handling, for once in about 20 years, was very good, friendly and considerate. The tech issue which delayed my trade-in was identified (due to Apple security blocks) and help given by the Service to solve - they were patient. Additionally two very good discounts/rebates encouraged my purchase here.

Problems during proceeding with order through "Consors Finanz"
It was hard for non-german speaker to understand how finanzing is working with consors finanz, tried multiple times contacting "Consors" and failed, they rarely answers on mails and if they does it takes them 2-3 days.
Didn't understand how to proceed with my order through finanzing so i spent 4.5+ hours just to find out that i have to do it personal in the mediamarkt shop...
Workers in shop rarely speaks English language which is a bit dissapointing.
