Very disappointed, order my ramp on 6/1/26, was told it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. It’s June 10th still haven’t received my order, and now being told won’t be shipped until 7-15-26 over a month away!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from MedMart. The first time Shawn or Sean (not sure how he spells his name) took my order. I asked to speak with him again today because he was very courteous, helpful, and answered all my questions. I can’t think of how things could have been better.

I cancelled my order right away after I placed an order. I called the customer service and they said they will process the refund. It has been 26 days since the refund request. I called the customer service multiple times to follow up and the answer is always the same. 5-7 business days, request sent to the management. Why is this simple process taking so long? You are so quick to take the money yet so slow in refunding.

My experience with ordering (which is what this review covers) was overall pretty good, but definitely had issues: the welcome discount code disappeared so quickly I could not remember it clearly other than it was to be 12% and when I opened my email the code there was only 10%. Two percent is not much but when prices are high and my wife and I are I are on a fix income two percent is two percent. So I went back to the website and use another of our email addresses to get the original code. The other two issues were- offering protection for the shipping & a problem of spinning wheels in the middle of my order before I'd completed it. Asking customers to pay for shipping protection, really? Should your company not be responsible enough to carefully package and ship each item? I know even small Mom & Pop operators like my wife on eBay and Etsy task great pride in packaging their merchandise without extra charge or without the drama of scare tactics like that - from my perspective it is not a good look for your company. As far as the spinning wheels during the ordering process, who knows? Maybe my Internet maybe your system. I only mentioned it in case other have had the same issue, hopefully not & thankfully all worked out in the end (or so I'm hoping 😉).
Otherwise, it was easy peasy and I've heard good things about your product.

Darryl Flunker, the Customer Service Rep is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about your products and what will be best for the customer (me). He is polite, patient and I was made to feel more than comfortable purchasing this lift chair for myself. Darryl is an amazing person and I felt he only had my best interests at heart as his priority! Thank you, Darryl Flunker, for being so very kind.

I was ordering the Pride 3 wheeled scooter and thought I was all set until I wasn’t . I called for help and Stacy answered. Stacy was friendly and helpful. She explained why my purchase was not going through on its own. I called my bank as she suggested and all went well. I was Invited to call her back directly with and questions that may pop up.
