Needing a special piece of medical equipment can be very tasking when not sold local. Searching, buying, receiving in a certain type period can cause anxiety, etc. Onecall to Med-Mart and one discussion with Stacey, quiding, suggesting, and explain the process is all I needed to know I was making the correct choice. Good service,bad quality.
Med Mart went above and beyond to make sure the delivery company was able to connect me to arrange the delivery. It was greatly appreciated. The product, however, was underwhelming. The mattress has a large, diagonal lump of about 14" in it and the edge seems are poorly done. So, would not recommend,over all.

Great Customer Experience!
My experience started with Stacey who promptly responded to my online request with a recommendation that was perfect for my mother's needs. Then after shopping around, Sean easily responded to my barrage of questions and made me completely comfortable with the choice and then offered a deal that I couldn't refuse. Expecting the order soon and looking forward to using the sit-to-stand lift to make our lives easier. Great overall customer experience!

Very disappointed, order my ramp on 6/1/26, was told it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. It’s June 10th still haven’t received my order, and now being told won’t be shipped until 7-15-26 over a month away!!
