The deliver drivers were not…
The deliver drivers were not professional at all. When they called to give an eta of arrival they told me they do not carry anything up steps. Told them I confirmed at time of appointment confirmation that they did. Also states on website that you all do.
Then he forgets the cover and said oh well the warehouse will handle it.
