Cancellation Without Cause
I ordered a product on December 28, 2025, and received confirmation. On January 1, 2026, I received an email stating my order has been CANCELLED without justification. I called the phone number provided on January 2, 2026, and left a message stating the problem and requested a return call. To date, I have not heard from anyone from the company. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service
Order was placed on-line without any problem. Then, I received an email that the order had been canceled without any reason. A quick review of the website showed nearly a doubling of the price! As a result, I cannot recommend purchasing from this vendor.

Getting the supplies we need
So my husband has been trained to access my port at home, and we can get most of my supplies through the home medical supply company, except for sterile surgical Gloves that will fit him. We've been ordering the same gloves from MedOnTheGo for the past few years. It's easy to pull up past orders, a box lasts about a year, and they make reordering easy.
My only complaint would be the high cost of shipping.
