Still waiting for delivery
I ordered the item, it still has not arrived. I have had to email the company as there has been no communication on their part. To be told they are awaiting confirmation of delivery. I have been given no update, no idea when or if there is a delay in them receiving their delivery to deliver the item to me.

The original order never came after lots of enquires no one could tell me where my eye dropper was, so I had to order another and pay again!

The item was months overdue
The item was months overdue. I understand the problem was with the supplier and shipping issues - possibly covid or brexit related. The sales team (esp. Amanda and Maya) was very polite and helpful each time I called and i give them 5 stars for attitude and effort. However, you do not have a system to proactively inform me of delays - despite my requests, each time I had to phone up following missed delivery dates, rather than be advised by your team of the delay. For this part I give 1 star. Hence the overall 3 stars.

Poor wrist support product, which frayed and came apart within 2 weeks. Order only part fulfilled initially and refund slow.
