Made a purchase on mercierworld.com. They took the money then asked for a screenshot of my online banking! My partner questioned this as it seems like a huge red flag. Was then told to do it or they will cancel the order!! So told them to go ahead and cancel. Then recieved email saying order has been cancelled and to wait 3-5 days for refund.
I wont ever be using this company again...and will be recommending everyone i know not to use this company either.

Our payment provider asked us to verify this payment before we processed the order, so we are required to ask you for further identification. There are a number of reasons this can be requested, so please do not be alarmed.
When requesting a screenshot the transaction, We do not need to see any other bank information or other transactions of course, just our transaction.
Hope this clears this up for you.

Exceptional products
Loose hem tracksuit bottoms are hard to find and the ones I ordered are so comfy and warm. Lightweight too. Love the designs so even ordered the matching shorts after. Easy delivery and track able via Royal Mail. Will definitely be shopping again

Do not wash with supermarket products!!!
I have bought a T-shirt and I have only washed it once and it has come out with few stains on it, which look like bleach. Now mercier are saying it is my fault but when I have only washed this shirt with 2 other similar colour items and they have not bleached, yet they are saying I'm to blame. So what mercier are saying is that all supermarket washing products are not suitable to be used on mercier clothing. Will not be buying anymore of this awful, overpriced crap!!!
