MGR Removals & Storage Reviews 

I would highly recommend the MGR very professional and helpful. They are quick and get on with the Job. I was very happy with them

Used MGR removals and they were great and very hard working

From the point we contacted them on the phone to coming to our place for a free inspection / estimate and showing up on time on the date of the move as well as the move itself, they handled everything professionally. They were an absolute delight to deal with - in fact our move was on a Sunday & they accommodated it without any issues. Lezek & his colleague turned up on time for the job & gave a time estimate on the day as well. They met their estimate & did a fabulous job with our move. We moved a lot of disassembled furniture & they respected our wish to keep the items for each piece of furniture together so that assembling later would be easy.
On the whole an excellent / hassle free experience with MGR. Highly recommend them !

MGR tried to increase the price by almost one third only 36hrs before the job was due to take place. They claimed their own office manager had incorrectly quoted for the job. They stated they could do it for the original price on a different day and time which was not convenient to me (the customer).

I tried to reason with them but they failed to understand that it is highly unprofessional and stressful to the customer if they try and increase a previously agreed price. Fortunately, the industry is competitive so managed to secure another removal company for the day and date convenient to me.

Hope you have better luck if you decide to use MGR.

We were very impressed with the efforts of the removal men. They were helpful, careful and worked extremely hard, working until 9.30pm.

Having recently moved offices in London Bridge, we had trouble securing a moving- in date which kept changing. MGR removals were completely relaxed about this and very helpful in the administrative changes this involved. On our moving date they turned up promptly, packed with due care and loaded everything quickly and efficiently. They took extra care with our expensive equipment and then unpacked as required at the new office. Nothing was broken and they took our recycling boxes to the dispose of. They were courteous and helpful at all times and their rates were very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a small office move such as ours

We've just moved houses and these guys were great. Not only were they able to start earlier in the day than any competitors, but they did the whole move in one day (with all other companies estimating it a 2 day job). At all that they've been the cheapest as well!

Not a single item damaged, all very well packed. Would recommend to anyone.
