Very easy to find the parts that I needed. Good website and fast delivery.

Bought a refurbished laptop. It arrived packaged securely with no visible damage. While I was setting it up, noticed a key wasn't sitting right. The key was damaged and missing a part. When I contacted them they accused me of damaging it. They were very aggressive and rude in their communications.
They wanted me to send laptop back at a cost of £19 plus £50 for repair of the key.
Refused to admit any liability despite sending out sub standard goods.
Then when I asked to return laptop for refund under my consumer rights they said they would be deducting an unspecified sum for the damage I had caused. This would appear to be a scam tactic to extract more money from customers.
Extremely unprofessional conduct from what appears to be a reputable company at first glance. Buyer beware, total scam artists.
Worst and cheekiest customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Nice laptop, but you sent me the wrong one it has only one port instead of 4 so I have brought a 4 port device, but IAM still please with it it's like new condition wise.

Disappointed with their response to an issue I had which was partially my fault but also related to insufficient information in their ordering system. The nett was they would not credit me for Office 2024 when I did not need it.

The experience with Micro Dream was amazing at the start - the website is clear and easy to navigate. The product itself is also great! The only issue is with the courier company they use which has been a disaster. It too way to long and too many (no) attempts to deliver.

Nice price for a good machine. Arrived within 48hrs with customised parts. Amazing service!

I bought a laptop from Microdream. This had a pressure mark on the screen that wasn't mentioned in the item description. When I asked for a refund I didn't get the full amount, the delivery charge was excluded because in their opinion "the issue was overstated". They also mentioned macro photos, but I didn't use the macro function.

I could see the pressure mark when using my drawing program as well, but they said the decision was final as they decided it wasn't visible with normal use, whatever that means to them.

I wouldn't recommend them.

Failed so far to refund me. Communication is absolutely terrible they fail to respond to their narrow correspondence means what's app. Have now had to use PayPal dispute services. A good company resolves issues quickly when things go wrong. I can't endorse this company

I would give zero stars if I could.

I purchased a laptop which was slow but usable at first. After around 5 months, I was suddenly locked out due to BitLocker and could no longer access any of my data.

I did not set up BitLocker myself. The operating system was installed by the company, and there was no mention of encryption or recovery requirements at the point of purchase.

When I contacted them for help, they refused to assist unless I paid £50 to reinstall the software, stating that “software isn’t covered”. I have therefore been left without access to the device or my data.

Communication has been very difficult, the phone line is constantly engaged, you can only use what’s app and responses have been rude to say the least.

I would VERY strongly advise against using this company. I will also be reporting this to Action Fraud.
