Delivery prices are horrendous. I used to shop there regularly.. not anymore!👎🏽

Please make it more obvious if an item is not currently in stock and will be shipped later. I placed an order at Christmas and when one item didn’t arrive I checked my order confirmation and saw the delivery said January. If the item is not currently in stock mark it as a preorder! This should be spelled out to customers! I went back and checked the listing as I never saw a delayed date anywhere, eventually found it but had to scroll much further down the screen, I had just seen the item, wanted it for a Christmas gift and added to cart without scrolling that far so not knowing the item wasn’t actually in stock yet.

The same thing has just happened to a friend of mine where they have been wondering where an order is (a birthday gift), checked their order and seen the delayed delivery date.

Most companies will have ‘preorder’ mentioned in the actual page title so it’s very clear

Prompt delivery, product was just what I needed/wanted, good price.

My son ( just turned 14 yrs ) purchased a mouse worth $119 with his birthday money .
He found that it wasn’t compatible with his gear so we contacted mighty ape nz and sent it back exactly how it arrived in pristine condition
Well because he opened it ( which you can’t tell it was boxed and bubble wrapped exactly .
They won’t refund as they have to resell I’m so disappointed by the refund team’s response THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR A KID .

Extremely disappointed that Christmas presents which had a confirmed delivery date of by 23/12 when I purchased them have not even been dispatched yet as of 3pm on 23/12. It’s impossible to speak to a human about this. A bot advised my issue has been escalated then marked the issue resolved and closed the chat. Now I have to go out and spend money on alternative presents and who knows what I will be able to buy in Whangamata. I will never trust Mighty Ape again. They won’t even cancel the order and process a refund before items have been shipped. Really poor service. Don’t promise a delivery date if you can’t deliver then refuse to refund. That’s basically theft.

Found the specific book I was looking for. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon before Xmas and received it on Tuesday morning. Packaged well. Am super impressed.

Mighty Ape NZ wasted 16 days of my time before Christmas.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on 6 December as a Christmas gift. The order was marked as shipped, but the tracking never moved beyond “shipment information received” — the item was never picked up by the courier.
After 16 days, Mighty Ape refunded the order citing a “stock shortage,” even though the same product remained in stock the entire time and is still available now at a higher price. Instead of honouring the original price for the same in-stock item, they chose to cancel and refund after weeks of delay.
This left me unable to replace a Christmas gift and shows a lack of reliability. If you need certainty for high-value purchases, use a different retailer.

Well it's the first time I have used this site, ordered 2 products, 2.5kg drinking chocolate which i received 2 days later and hair shavers mens grooming kit, partner loves this. Overall, the bulk grocery items will save us money. An the hair shavers, others would have cost us a lot more

Lots to shop for on the app and I enjoyed my shop finding just what I was looking for.

The book was cheaper than anywhere else and I got it in 2 working days, highly recommend it!

I really hadn't believed the delivery promise on the Mighty Ape website, but ...

I ordered goods as Christmas presents last night at about 8.30pm, and today, at about 5.30pm they arrived - in perfect condition and beautifully packed.

I'm a definite convert to Mighty Ape next time I need quality product at an affordable price!

Order placed Thursday and items received Tuesday. Shipped from south island to auk. Quick turn around

Absolutely love Mighty Ape. Made the mistake of buying through Dicksmith first... Mighty Ape is safe, genuine, speedy, and high quality. I can't recommend them enough.
