Mighty ape have made my experience straight out easy and satisfying from the word go. Easy to use website and alot of merchandise to choose from its great. My orders come packaged nicely and arrive quickly. I was worried about my first package i ordered so i sent a message and the support staff where brilliant in answering my questions. Overall mighty ape hasnt failed to please me in anyway and i highly recommend it for online shopping if they have what you need.

I have used MightyApe both personally and also for purchases for my work (School Library). Their collection of books in particular is outstanding, especially graphic novels which are in high demand with high school students! I found that their prices are much cheaper than for the same items being sold elsewhere - which is a boon for a school which tries to get as much out of their budget as possible :-)
In my communications with the company I have found that they 'go the extra mile' to ensure that customer's needs are met. Delivery costs are extremely low, & all goods arrived in perfect condition.

I've made the switch to purchase all video game related items through Mighty Ape. They are much cheaper than the big retailers, and have everything you need.

your company has to be one of the most customer orientated i have come across,if your order is broken down into smaller issues,you are told,if your order is late,you tell me,if my order is leaving the depot today,you tell me,if my order has just left the warehouse,you tell me,and on the off chance that something really off putting should occur,you tell me.i just want to know one thing...my son and his wife are having a baby,and they know the sex but are making us all wait until some kind of party,you don't happen to know that one,do you??that would make me REALLY happyxxxkerrie,ya gotta have fun!!

Site says shipping times at "2-4" days. It's been 9 days and I still have not received anything.

A refund was the only thing offered, after I send their goods back. What an absolute joke.

Don't use this site for children's presents, it will only end in tears!!
