After reading mixed reviews took the dive as was the only place I could find who stocked the new Monster High Frightmare toys. Due to urgency I opted for courier delivery, pricing seemed a little steep, but for 2 day delivery was worth it. Great communication on order progress. Item was as described, packaging was possibly slightly squished in transit, but no effect on the product itself. Will use again and recommend.
Poor delivery times
Although I appreciate it is a busy time of year items ordered and paid for on 25th November yet not dispatched until 7th December. I consider this an unreasonable delay.

May I suggest using an alternative carrier than Aust Post. I can't believe that an item sent on 19/11/15 should take so long to get delivered from Sydney to Hobart.
Aust Post tracking just advised me that my parcel is expected to be delivered on 02/12/15. 14 days !!!
The entire fleet in the Sydney to Hobart have completed the race in that time and the bulk of them returned to Sydney.
Thanks to Aust Post - One disappointed little Birthday girl.

I ordered Star Wars and although i got an email saying that it is on the way, i had to wait for over a week(past the launchday) for it to arrive and my email never got any reply. That wasnt the only problem, when my game finally arrived it was damp on the envelope and inside as well. all my game codes and cover have water damage. The only good thing was that my game was still able to load (for now as i am halfway loading through it).. but very disappointed on the condition it arrived in and having had a good experience from the first order i had i thought it was trustworthy enough to preorder a game.

First order still not delivered after stating items in stock . Second order arrived okay but it was ordered 3 weeks after 1st order . Emailed requesting explanation but no reply . Send my order or refund my 130 bucks ! Mighty ape less than mighty !!!!!

Mighty apes calendar is two days behind
Hi mighty ape. I recently purchased/pre ordered a PlayStation game, although you can't guarantee that my game would arrive on release date you would hope in this day and age you would be able to make it happen. I wonder what the point of your service is if you cannot deliver the customers needs.. Very disappointed. Thanks in advance for your generic response ":( " but this does not change the fact that you are an incompetent company and I don't have my game on release date 👎🏼

Great service
I usually don't like online shopping but every experience with Mighty Ape has been great. They are my first stop for gift shopping now!
Great services but bad record
Today I received a vinyl record from pink floyd ( 2 LP ) and the first record
has factory defect from the beginning.This is a bad cutting on the edge of
the record and makes a distorted sound. Is there any way I can make a complaint to exchange the record?

Misleading information regarding delivery times
Purchased a book off the website on the 15th of October for dearer than competitors as it stated "3-6 days delivery to NSW, VIC ect." Once purchasing was sent an email informing me it would not be shipped until Friday 23rd of October and only received confirmation it had been shipped on the 28th. Based on my experience I would not recommend using Mighty Ape unless they are the cheapest book supplier and you don't need an item within their promised delivery times.

Dont expect honesty from customer service
While my purchases of in stock items have been ok, every time I pre order an item it is always shipped after its release, sometime by days. Customer service assures me it is sent on time but all postage marks and tracking occurs only after I have contacted mighty ape about where my item is. Because of this I cancelled $300 worth of orders and will not be dealing with them again. To add insult to injury part of my refund was done as store credit only despite paying via direct deposit, and took more time and effort to get that rectified. If you want an item on time, then this is not your company.

Everything received on time and as described
Everything went extremely smoothly with my transaction. Delivery arrived within the specified time and the parcel arrived undamaged and as described. 5 stars, would recommend.

I had a minor fault with a product i had ordered. The guys from Mightyape showed great concern and within days the problem was rectified. I used to shop from other online companies but from now Mightyape will be my first port of call.

Broken CD
Service and delivery is usually great with Mighty Ape however I ordered Trivium's new album 'Silence in the Snow' and the album casing was cracked and broken inside. This often happens when i order CDs and I was hoping it wouldn't with mighty ape.

Great company with fast delivery and good service
I have bought several items from Mightyape over the last 18 months and have always found them to be very reliable and helpful, with great products.
I recently had to return an item under warranty and they sorted this out very quickly. A lot of online company's provide good service delivery but in my experience their after sales service often leaves a lot to be desired. I would rate Mightyape's after sales service as the best I have experienced with an online company, thank you Mightyape!
