Great help from the customer service
I had ordered 2 items but they had to come from different countries. One item arrived in time but there were problems with the other shipment. The items were meant as birthday presents. So when one did not arrive in time I had to buy another present. With the assistance of the customer service, especially Marcelina, I was kept informed on a daily basis about cancellation and reimbursement. I received the money back. A company with such customer service you would wish for every company to have.
