Once again excellent service from this store. Staff ( Ri ) pleasant, polite and helpful. I won't go anywhere else for my outdoor needs !!

Served by Lewis, Scott and Ri. Incredibly patient and helpful staff. A small store but surprisingly wide range. Wonderful experience and will be returning.

We always receive excellent customer service. This week Callum helped with the purchase of walking trousers and explained some of the labels. He was very knowledgeable.

I’ve never been to this shop before and I really needed some good walking shoes I was served by a young lady called Chloe she spent a lot of time with me and answered every question I had, what a lovely young lady! Wish you all the best thank you for your time!

Visited the shop & I can't praise the staff (Callum) enough. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable when enquiring about kit for my daughters DofE. The items we acquired were of good quality for the price. We will definitely be visiting again for more outdoor items.

I purchased some Merrell walking boots from the Bury store 1184 yesterday, the lady who served us was so patient,helpful and knew what she was talking about, I couldn't have asked for better. I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, and I was confident if there was a faint chance of me having a problem with the purchase it would be sorted, once again what a great store millets at Bury is thank you.

I was offered assistance on entering the store and directed to the products that I was specifically interested in. Unable to find one of the items in my size, Ri made every effort to find it in stock and then arranged for it to be ordered and delivered to home. Exceptional service on this visit and delighted to have been able to purchase all three of the items that I had intended to buy. Thanks Ri and well done Millets at Bury yet again!
