Recent purchase of walking boots
Scott and Harry are both fantastic - their expertise resulted in purchasing the boots I needed (as my old pair gave up on a recent walk) along with a few accessories that I wasn't aware Millets stocked.
Had a really good laugh during the entire visit which left me with a great impression of the store and both Scott and Harry!

I ordered a Mountain Equipment jacket online, although in stock when ordered they couldn’t fulfill my order as stock was not available. Contacted Millets Bury and spoke with Ri she helped me find stock of the jacket. The customer service in this small store is the best. Thank you Ri.

The service in Millets Bury is…
The service in Millets Bury is fantastic. My daughter does Cadets and is doing DOE; the staff were knowledgeable, and a couple of them had experience with Cadets and DOE; they went through the kit list and advised me what I needed for the camp type my daughter was attending and which she would need moving forward. This allowed me to prioritise, and I have since purchased the additional items. They also provided hints and tips for using the items; my daughter found this really good. The customer service was exceptional, the product range was great, and the pricing was good value, too.

Great Friendly Staff
Callum and Chloe at the Bury branch (1148) went above and beyond today to remove a tag left on from a home delivery. After checking my purchase records they attempted to remove the tag which gave them great difficulty however they persisted and was able to take it off. Not only that they were polite, friendly and easy to chat too.

Visited bury1184 store today warranty repairs
Visited bury1184 store today to see if my Merrell walking shoes could be replaced under warranty due to water leak in one shoe. Harry was excellent and very knowledgeable on this product and after inspection was given a new exchange pair and advice on how to look after them which I was not given when bought the fault ones from blacks. I would highly recommend this store.
