Always drop into Millets for good quality products and couldn’t resist a couple of warm fleeces now that the temperature had dropped. Friendly, efficient service from Sam and so pleased we still have a Millets in town.

Lovely Sam served us. Great products with best prices. Bought second jacket and warm hat.

Smart, beautiful and polite people work in the store
The staff in the store were very polite and nice but when I chose an item I liked (tishes) but when I went to the till to pay, there was Sam with the sunniest smile thanks to the staff at Millets Hemel Hempstead :)

Buying some Scout kit
Went to buy some kit for my Son's next Scout trip and Meg was absolutely fantastic, I had no clue about sleeping bags ( I thought a sleeping bag was a sleeping bag).
She explained what different types there are and was extremely helpful with the rest of the purchases. Meg is an asset to Millets Hemel Hempstead branch and does exactly what Customer service should be.

I went in with questions to find out which sleeping bag suited my needs best.
Jenni gave excellent knowledge about the different ones and all their uses and qualities.
Jenni was very helpful, not pushy at all and pleasant in her customer service.
Nothing was too much trouble and she is an excellent member of staff.
I will definitely go back to Millets, Hemel Hempstead.
The one I ordered I am delighted with.
