Sam was Incredibly helpful and professional. Talked me through different boot options and the benefits of each. Resulted in a sale! So much better than trying to buy footwear online!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back.

Sleeping bag
Today I went to millets and bought myself sleeping bags to stay at my mates house for weekend, thanks to Meg for helping me find the perfect sleeping bag, she was also kind understanding with my autism which made me feel safe in the shop.

Paul was a great help. I really had no idea what I needed but felt comfortable with the advice I received even if I did spend a bit more than expected. Had a great weekend and the proof was in the pudding when there were no complaints from the wife (her first time camping)!! Winning!!

Extremely Helpful Staff at Hemel Hempstead Shop
Sam has been a wonderful help over the years when I’ve been getting my sons kit for DofE, always showing me the best items and explains the difference of the different qualities for the type I need.
Meg was also very helpful when I was finalising my purchases and got me through the tills quickly as I was in a hurry.
