Brilliant service today from Leo. Knew the product he was selling, he was engaged and courteous. Managed to serve me and another customer at the same time but giving us both good equal attention which turned out to be a really good encounter.

The team at Millets Hitchin are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the shop is an asset to the town. I needed a few last minute bits before a big trip and the team were happy to help me find the right gear, even letting me inflate a travel pillow to check it was right. Thanks especially to Tamsin for then helping me get a second one later that same day, remembering exactly which I had chosen!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff every time I go in to the Hitchin store, although also happy to leave you to browse without pestering, and the products are always good. I had the usual good service from Kit this time.

Really helpful store

I wanted a new coat. I came to Millets because I have purchased items here before & I know I can find a quality product. I was tempted into the store by the discounts. I found a lovely coat. Tamsin helped me with questions I had about the item & seemed very knowledgeable about the item I purchased. All in all a happy experience, would definitely shop here again.

Wanted some Gaiters for walking in very wet conditions and I was assisted by Kirsi who found me three different types and helped me try them on to see which pair fitted the best. Very friendly staff and Kirsi couldn't do enough to help me find what I was looking for.
