Buying walking boots
Helpful as soon as I entered the shop.
Shoe was my size on the shelf and quickly got me the other shoe.
Suggested footwear cleaning gel and fabric and leather proof sprays to keep the boots waterproof, which I also brought.

I needed to buy a pair of walking boots.
I was served by Tasmin.
She was very helpful and thought ahead and brought the sizes I asked for and a few other walking boots to try on in case the ones I asked for didn’t suit or fit. I am very pleased with the boots I bought.

Second time visiting the store in the last twelve months to find not much had changed re customer service.
Asked some questions re product I wished to purchase to be unfortunately met by a “couldn’t care less” attitude from both members of staff which was a shame. Very poor customer service, will go elsewhere in future not that I’m sure the staff will be bothered!

He notified me that if i brought something else i woukd get my purchase half price, it didnt mention this on website, i was extremely pleased with his honesty and service it was outstanding so i highly recommend using millets at hitchin.
