I regret buying Minecraft. After purchasing the game, my account got hacked and I completely lost access. When I tried to recover it, I found out my email was changed and I couldn’t even find my account anymore.

What’s worse is that Microsoft support has been extremely unhelpful. There’s no direct way to actually talk to someone, and the recovery system feels frustrating and ineffective. I’ve provided all the information I could, but still no solution.

It’s really disappointing that a huge company like Microsoft can’t properly protect users or provide reliable support when something goes wrong. I paid for this game and now I can’t even use it.

Honestly, it feels like they only care about making money and nothing else. There’s no real protection, and it seems like people can just steal accounts, cards, and personal information without any proper help from the company.

I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you’re ready to risk losing your account with little to no help.
if you are right then send me email and explain how good you are.i think this money will be charity to you.

Minecraft is the best game to exist, no explanation

It is looking good from the website's UI to the game itself.
I also bought myself a Minecraft account to be able to play on any server like Hypixel!
It works perfectly fine and everything is successfull!

It's a great and amazing game, if we're talking about Java edition (Original PC version). It's constantly getting content and has an amazing mod community and decent content updates. But I am not impressed with the whole bedrock initiative and it's buggy gameplay and the annoying marketplace. I also don't like the Microsoft Xbox account reliance, but I do like how the launcher allows you to play almost every and any version of Java of your choosing, it's really good with friends and if you don't play with others, it's good for creativity and a way to own your own world.

We have purchased it on the switch and every time I make a purchase in the marketplace, it does not go through. Last night I purchased the starter pack and the money was pulled out and I had the receipt and everything and I’m being told that we aren’t gonna be able to get it because the offers already ended even though I have already paid for it. If it wasn’t available, it shouldn’t be purchasable. I am highly disappointed in the customer service for this game. We will not be purchasing anything else from this game and I will be canceling the membership I paid for.

Never had more of a frustrated and ass experiences trying to play with in real life friends on different devices. Tried everything just to get nothing and I am not doing the shitty age verification just because I live in the UK and some shitty act prevents me from playing with my friends which are the same age as me as well.

I've been playing this game for 8 years and I've never had such a bad and frustrating experience to try and play with my in real life friends. Microsoft should have never bought this game and made it this bad even if something is "forcing" them to make it so annoying.

The game is amazing, don't get me wrong. This would be 5 stars if it wern't for the Minecoin gift card I got. I assumed it would work on Switch. Guess not. So, I was supposed to get 30$ worth of Minecoins for my B-day, but got 7$ instead. And on the cards, they never warn you that the currency dopsen't work for Switch. Won't make that mistake again. Amazing game, but shitty experience.

Minecraft is a very fun game with very good replayability.
Everything is easy to use, the community is kind, the price is reasonable for such a good game, and it's just generally good.

bro my dad payed 40 dollers on java and bedrock delux and first the app never showed on my libiary and 2 when i do get on somehow it says i cant connect to my own server and i cant join my friends so i think i got scammed can i pease get the game back

Microsoft has managed to make the game virtually unplayable. The lag on private servers and realms has gotten so out of hand that entire sections of the game will instantly kill you before the frames even load. And no sign of improvement for MONTHS. I hope ever single programmer who worked on these last few updates is forced to walk on Lego’s with their bare feet.

My friends are so into this Minecraft game but I don't like it much. Seems like minecraft has no final goal of the game. For me, it just waste of time when I have plenty.

My son had tried to login to a server supplied by this company after logging in within two minutes. I received a notification to saying all of our information has been deleted. I tried to login and all my details have changed. This company have allowed my son’s details and my Xbox details for over 20 years all be stolen including my credit card my debit card my name and my address I cannot contact Microsoft support because they say my account is invalid because the thieves have changed all the details tied to my account. Can somebody help me please?

I bought a gift card thinking it was a mine coin gift card. I explained the confusion less than 24hrs and requested a refund and was not issued one. It's just really bad customer service.

Just having mods on minecraft java makes you wanna cry on how realistic it can be and how fun it can be with friends too.

i LOVE minecraft. i would give it 5 stars. but i want it to be FREE. not the trial version. the full version.

trash AF moderation, someone was saying LITERAL slurs and saying the N word and minecraft did nothing. however when i said the word 'sperm' i got banned for 7 days. and dont even TRY to report them,the moderation team is worse than a discord mod.
