Limescale experts!
The team did a great job of cleaning our house. Got rid of a tonne of limescale in the bathroom left by previous tenants! Punctual and polite as well. Highly recommended.

Mostly happy but attention to detail was missing
I was mostly happy with the services. The process to book was seamless and Taylor was polite and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the appliances especially those that desperately needed cleaning. I was however less happy in some areas where I felt attention to detail may have faltered. E.g the hob was untouched, probably because it was relatively clean but it needed some soap and the tiled floors had spots of dirt that needed scrubbing.

Safety Compromised, Lies Told & £312 Wasted
I had an extremely concerning experience with Miss Maid. Not only was the cleaning substandard — with areas left untouched, supplies missing, and instructions ignored — but they sent cleaners to an address that should never have been used. This was from a quote dating back to 2019, and disclosing it put my safety at serious risk.
When I raised this, I was given excuses. I was told “the system” did it — yet there was manual input and even a text message confirming otherwise. I’ve been given repeated false promises that a manager would call me. No one has. I’ve also been told they store data for 7 years, which contradicts data protection guidelines.
The clean itself was rushed and careless. The first cleaner didn’t introduce themselves and was more concerned about parking. The floor was left soaking wet, bins were misused despite instructions, and multiple areas were clearly not touched.
I paid £312 and was left with a poor job, wasted time, and my personal safety compromised. I will be escalating this to the relevant authorities and pursuing a chargeback.
Avoid this company!!!

The most honest & brilliant team!
Incredible and I used different services. The regular booking was fantastic, I became fast friends with my cleaner ❤️ and the one off cleaning, was a fantastic husband & wife duo who exceeded all expectations and really went above and beyond.
The office team at MissMaid are just as consistent, friendly, efficient and helpful. Once I accidentally paid their account in error, and they reimbursed me the next day, no hassle! Always such a pleasure to speak to them and they're so honest. Highly recommend!!!

Would highly recommend this service which we used for carpet and upholstery cleaning. The booking process was efficient and reactive, and the operator was equally efficient and extremely knowledgeable. It felt like the place had a new lease of life after the clean!
