End of tenancy cleaning - Amazing job by Miss Maid team. Very happy with the results. Flat left in terrible condition by tenants, but Miss Maid team saved the situation. 0% of flat cleaned - absolutely terrible
We booked Miss Maid for an end of tenancy clean. They turned up over an hour late, one person for a large two bedroom flat. They then failed to clean any room properly. Every room was left dirty in some way and the cooker wasn't even touched. Our letting agency inspection was understandably a fail. We then had to pay for the flat to be recleaned, as understandably we didn't want this disgraceful company anywhere near the flat. Offered us £50 compensation and have entirely failed to respond adequately to our complaint. We have reported them to their professional bodies who are reviewing their accreditation. I'd suggest steering well clear. Appalling company.

As per our agreement before the service, you had agreed that in the event of any concerns regarding the cleaning, we would be given the opportunity to return and address any issues free of charge. This is part of our guarantee, which we always honor.
We understand that your complaint came more than a week after the service was completed, beyond the 3-day window for re-clean requests. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we still offered to send a cleaning crew to address any unsatisfactory areas, but you chose to decline and requested a refund instead. We provided a £50 partial refund despite not being given the opportunity to resolve the issue, as we always aim to find a fair resolution for our customers.

We're truly sorry to hear about the stains on your carpet. After careful review, we’d like to explain that heavy stains, especially those that have been present for a long time, can sometimes cause permanent discoloration to the carpet fibers.
In some cases, these stains may even become more apparent after the rest of the carpet is professionally cleaned.

Great service
Booked a one off oven clean with Miss Maid for the first time and am very satisfied with the result. The cleaner arrived about 45 minutes after the one hour arrival time window, that's why I've dropped a star, but the service provided was very good. The oven and extractor are spotless. No nasty smells and it was done very quickly. Will be booking Miss Maid again.
