Then they send you a email saying you will get a full refund but then they send you the items back saying sorry you can't have a refund. Read terms a conditions.
Contact numbers don't work. No way to get hold of them.

Absolutely joke of a company.
I just ordered a pair of sandals but ordered a size 5 instead of a 6. I'm disabled plus have trouble with my fingers so takes me a long time to write things. So I wrote to them soon as I realised I made a mistake. Just to ask if they can change the size over. So the reply was know we have cancelled your item and now have to wait 5 days or more to get my money back. Just don't understand why they cannot change a 5 to a 6 for me they have not been sent or anything.

I have been ordering from M&M for the best part of 12 years and have never had an issue. In fact, I think they're brilliant. Delivery has always been fast and reliable (Our Evri driver is good) and I have managed to find some exceptional bargains. Customer service is also very good. I completely messed up an order I placed last night by doubling up on some items and adding others I didn't want. I Facebook message M&M who cancelled the order straight. I will now re-order properly. So all in all, great service and if you look often, you can find high quality clothing for a fraction of the RRP.

Delivery from Evri, lied did not deliver parcel on Sunday. No way contact Evari only automated robot we have so many complaints we will be in touch. Today delivery driver just throw package inside enclose ran way. Most disgusting service and if ordering MM there is 98% Chance your delivery getting lost not being delivered. I have made a complaint Evari MM Direct. No one bothered.

Bought a good few things from these guys over the years and have always been good, the Ben Sherman boots broke after wearing once as the zip broke,this can happen but out of pocket as had to pay to return the faulty goods which I think should of been covered by Company.will have to rethink any future purchases.

I don't think there worthy of one star been waiting since 28.12.22 for over a £100 of stuff now 26.1.23 will I ever see anything if they think I'll go away

Always like the clothes and shoes I've ordered in past but their delivery service is perfetic never know when you will receive parcel admittedly that is the parcel company Evri at fault ( total shambles ) but I am now totally put off using M&M again.

Probably more so the cretins at DPD than MM Direct than the company itself, however the customer service is just really poor overall.
Ordered a large volume of items, DPD driver John (Livingston) took it to the next street and "delivered" it to a random house. Got a terrible quality picture of my package having been delivered and signed for.
I immediately call mm direct who immediately see that the package has been delivered to the wrong address and suggest I go round and chap the door of some random to ask for, and get the goods back. Not going to happen.
Rather than cancel the order or replace with a like for like, they were insistent that DPD must be given 48hrs to resolve the issue or get it delivered to me. Well we are now 72 hours later and mm direct still have my money and no order. And ALL the promises they made have so far been broken. Terrible customer services.
AVOID THIS BUNCH.

I’m not sure if it’s Mm Direct at fault or the delivery company but I waited two days for delivery they claim to have attempted to deliver it on both days but they didn’t because there was someone at home that all day no telephone number to call customer service just an email which they normally respond to within a working week won’t be placing another order that’s for sure

My order came but I wasn't ready for rubbish qaulty this is really bad I ordered 8 sets of shorts and t-shirt all the t-shirts was see through all shorts was different sizes don't do people mm is a massive con

My partner ordered a shorts and T shirt top at £18.99 and when the order came the shorts were missing. They don’t do free returns, it’s £2.99! Missus emailed- no response so I put an adverse review on Trustpilot to which I got a prompt reply. They said that if I got in touch they would give me a code for free returns. I emailed them details about the order but have received no reply, hence the second review on Trustpilot.

feel the need to put a review up, i was actually checking out another company lightinthebox, when i thought i would read reviews for mmclothing as i have been a regular customer for over 4 years. i would sincerly recommend as they are exactly what they say on the website. excellent prices quality goods and always delivered on time, definately a great place to shop online.

Ordered trespass fleece for next day delivery and paid for next day delivery. Ordered the fleece on December 30 2021 . Should have received goods on 31 December 2021,but received them on 5 January 2022. Got an email saying that I will receive a full refund of the delivery charges. That email was sent on 3 January. Still waiting for a refund. The company is a joke. Even the trespass fleece fitting is not up to standard. It looks like I have been sent return goods. I have bought these trespass fleeces from a trespass shop before and they do for good and the quality is good. Not happy with the goods, not happy with the delivery .. be aware m &m direct are selling poor quality goods

I recently wrote a review regarding a missing parcel containing items from MM Direct. Following my emails to MM direct Customer service I have
been promptly refunded the full amount of the contants in the parcel. MMDirect took full responsibility of my loss even though they dispatched the goods in good faith when clearly the parcel had been lost in transit.

Very fast delivery compared to other stores. Happy with both orders.

Very slow, returns process. They deliver next day! Returning items takes 7-10 days, and another 7-10 days for a refund. Ridiculous.

Purchased a pair of ladies Onfire leather knee high boots for £49.99 +postage, delivery took a wee while longer than expected. The boots were advertised as a size 5 but I would say the sizing is more like a 6 so I have tried them with two pairs of socks but I'll need to get a pair of insoles for them to fit better. It would have cost £3 to return them and another £5 post to get a smaller pair so because they don't do free returns I don't think I'd use the company again as it's too expensive when items don't fit correctly. It would also be helpful if the company allowed customers to review items on their site as most customers leave sizing info on their reviews and this is a great help when selecting clothing or footwear.

M&M direct we’re so helpful and quick to respond to my messages about a mix up I made with another parcel! Couldn’t rate them any higher for the exceptional customer service! Thank you so much!
