Overall good but the customer service representative failed to inform me about the $50 restocking fee and the 3 month obligation. He said if we didn't like it we could return it for free. So that's no entirely true.

Responsive, professional and helpful!

Finding out about Mobile Help was easy and the process of ordering went smoothly. I'm still learning why my light flashes and whether it is because I may have fallen or a battery issue. I hope Soon I will have it figured out.

Caden was a no pressure, friendly and professional salesperson. We felt comfortable making our decision literally right after our first contact. Your company is fortunate to have him!!!
Side note, we had to call back and got a different salesman that encouraged Caden to benefit from the final sale. Now that is unheard of these days, so kudos to him also!!
