Excellent customer service

Rick explained program and costs in a very professional manner. He answered all of my questions. All of this convinced me to trust the program. Especially liked that a lock box is made available for emergency personnel to access my home.

Sales and customer Service

Sales and customer service were phenomenal. Samantha, the sales representative, was friendly and patient and explained all options thoroughly so I was able to find a system that would fit my mom’s needs. I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon with ease. There was a slight error in the original order due to a computer malfunction that was corrected immediately the following Monday by customer service during normal business hours. Customer service was easy to contact and all team members were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

You need a sales team full of people exactly like the gentleman who helped me!

Researching and purchasing the proper equipment and monthly subscription services at a reasonable price was a seemingly daunting task for me, as I had not one single idea on how or where to start my search. I feared it would be an anxiety ridden nightmare, but by the end, it was the perfect fit for my needs. Now I’m not one to answer calls that aren’t already in my contacts, but the minute an unknown number called while I was wetting my beak, something immediately felt right, so I answered. The representative who helped me, and I must admit that for the life of me and to my shame, I cannot remember his name. He never forgot mine, which went a long way with me in terms of respect and ultimately sealed the deal for me. Whomever he was, he deserves a stupidly fat raise, and I imagine if he could be cloned, you as a company would almost never lose a sale.
