You've generated a new contract when I applied via the Upgrade section. So now currently I have two contracts with 3 mobile when I only wanted one. What are you doing?? I will call your organisation once you are open at 9am.

This is my 4th purchase from them. Great priced contract phones with a speedy delivery service to N.Ireland.
More than likely will be back in the future as the mobile companies never seem to want to keep their customers directly.

The ordering part went well, the delivery part did not go well. Shortly after ordering I received an email saying the order has been despatched and I would receive tracking details from the courier. It was not stated who the courier was. At no time has a courier contacted me about this order. 4 days after placing my order I thought I had better contact the company to find out when I would get my phone. I did this by email. I eventually received a response telling me that the phone had been delivered 2 days previously and providing a picture showing where it has been delivered. This picture is not of my house and does not show any parcels. I can of course show anyone the picture so they can assure themselves I am telling the truth. I have emailed the company saying "not my house" and asking them to cancel the order immediately. Later I received another email insisting that the item had been correctly delivered and locating the delivery address as a small beauty business. I replied by saying that I live in a private home not a business. I further investigated and discovered that although the 1st line of our address is the same (I have an extremely common street address) the beauty business is in the next village 1 mile away and has a completely different postcode. This company has employed an unknown courier who has delivered an expensive item to the wrong address without double checking they have given it to the correct person. This is not the behaviour of a reputable business. I have dealt with this company in the past and found them to be honest and reliable. They are now behaving like a scam company. I have also noticed that there are a few other recent 1 star reviews on here which makes me think something has gone badly wrong with this company. Save your sanity and your money and do not buy from them.

All good, easy to upgrade phone on O2 for a 24m contract, which was cheaper than an upgrade through O2?. Process was straight forward with a quick delivery.
Highly recommend and will be doing another phone next month when due.

I upgraded 2 phones through Mobile phones direct as they gave better offers than going direct to O2 (£20 less a month & a shorter term contract!).
The process of upgrading was simple. The security checks were processed quickly and phones delivered a day later.
I will definitely use them again to upgrade.

⭐ Very disappointing – misleading availability and delivery promises
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Mobile Phones Direct.
I ordered a phone from their website because it was advertised at a good price and, importantly, with next-day delivery. I placed the order and paid for it, only to be told a day or two later that the phone was actually out of stock.
I was then offered an alternative phone in “as good as new” condition, which I reluctantly accepted. I specifically explained that I was going on holiday on Tuesday 11th and that nobody would be at home for several weeks afterwards. I was told the phone should hopefully arrive by Saturday or Monday, so I agreed to the alternative.
Unfortunately, after contacting them again today, I have now been told that the alternative phone is also unavailable and that I simply have to wait until more stock arrives.
My biggest issue is this: if you don’t have a phone in stock, why are you advertising it as available to buy and offering next-day delivery? Customers should be able to trust that if a product is advertised as available, it can actually be supplied.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time this has happened with Mobile Phones Direct. I previously ordered a phone for my wife, paid for it upfront, and then a couple of days later was told that it was out of stock.
I understand that stock problems can happen, but this happening repeatedly is extremely frustrating. In my opinion, Mobile Phones Direct needs to improve its stock information and stop advertising products with next-day delivery if they cannot actually fulfil those orders.
Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I would think twice before ordering from Mobile Phones Direct again.

Bought a phone from here previously and had to wait weeks for it even though it said it was in stock. Thought I would give them another chance as they always have good deals. This time was totally different everything sorted quickly and got the phone the next day. Massive improvement.
