I have been using Mobiles.co.uk for a number of years now. I wish I could vote it a 4.5 rather than a 4,because the benefits far outweigh the minor issues.

As a long term Vodafone Customer, Mobiles has always been the lowest priced like for like price for a Sim Only upgrade. I don't want the fuss of changing carriers, for me Vodafone has 'just worked' and I don't want to mess with that. My review is based on Sim Only Vodafone Upgrades.

On top of the very keen prices, they offer a range of different cashback options, that reduces the overall cost even more. And finally, for the positives, the 12 month contracts are not significantly more in cost than the 24 month ones.

The negatives, and they are minor. If you go for the best cashback options, those that pay the greatest amount, the cashback is spread out over the term of the contract. At least the 12 month ones are, I don't buy 24 months, so I can't comment. Also, you have to claim these amounts within a specific time frame and then wait for a cheque to arrive. The whole process is slow and probably designed to make you not bother. However, setup a reminder in your phone calendar, and what have you got to lose.

My other gripe is their accounts section on their website. You have to have a new account for each purchase and that account is where you claim your cashback. I would prefer to see one overall account that you can link each purchase to. When you setup these accounts, they often have teething issues getting them to work and you need this account for the cashback so you have to persevere to get it fixed. My current account isn't working, but for this one I chose automatic cashback (less money, less hassle) so hopefully I don't need to do anything in the account.

TL;DR great service for Vodafone Sim Only Upgrades, with great prices and cashback. Account setup is pants and the cashback process can be overwhelming

Great switch from Three. Can you believe it - less than half price for everything Three was offering…and the network is provided by Three!! Last straw, glad I changed and the switch went smoothly. Very impressed so far!

I processed an upgrade and received an email asking to call to complete the order. Harish answered the call, explained what I needed to do in a clear and polite manner and also made sure all my needs were met. As a sales manager, I can tell he tried to upsell and to find other needs he can satisfy too, which is great. My experience with him was amazing.

Asked 2 times to speak with manager after customer agent cut off the conversation after not listening to customer. Despite they say in 24 hours a manager will contact you that didn't happen. This is the biggest scam on reward with working in partnership with aklamio when you refer someone and is accepted and they upgrade device you suppose to receive £75 but they reject your claim all the time with different reasons despite you follow referral link and purchase order online and you should get the reward ….tricky part comes that always they find something is wrong to call them to finalise your order over the phone because obviously is something missing… even if you finalise your initial order online thorough a referral link after they want extra details over the phone your reward claim is rejected because aparently you provided extra details and they finalise over the phone despite your initial order was done online thorugh the refarral link… scammers

A very easy switch of my mobile plan yet again, It is the third time ive used mobiles.co.uk, and yet again had no hassle and by far the best prices ive seen. If you are on Vodafone in particular look them up, its the best option in my opinion.

I've been renewing both my phone contracts and upgrading my phones through Mobiles.co.uk for years, and they've always been excellent. Their deals are usually much better than going directly through the mobile network providers, and the whole process is quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a great deal.

The lady on help service had a lot of patience and good way of explaining the deal and how it proceeds. Even when I didn’t understand few procedures she went through it with me and made sure I was on the right track so, I will not have any trouble in the future and if I do have any concerns I can reach out to help service. They really respect their customers that have joined their brand and I felt very welcomed.

Terrible company so far the service has been awful. My elderly mother was scammed by someone who managed to purchase a phone through this company and when I contacted on her behalf the lady we spoke with was very unhelpful telling her that she was essentially stuck in a 24 month contract and would need to continue paying the monthly bill for a phone that she does not have nor a phone that she ever wanted to signed up for. Wouldn’t even agree to extend the billing date even though there is an ongoing fraud investigation.

I don’t have a purchase number as this was not purchased by my mum but instead purchased my scammers in India, who managed to access her emails. The only way I found out about this is when I found an email asking for feedback following recent purchase (which she did not make). I then made contact with mobiles uk who confirmed that an order had been made in her name. If you have an email address, I am more than happy to share the details that I do have including her name and you will be able to find her on your system
