Top marks for everything with this…

Top marks for everything with this company. Helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond for me to make sure I get the right mobility scooter. The delivery driver cain was excellent on delivery and talked me through everything on how to use it. Would highly recommend and can't thank use enough.

I have been asked by the company to change my review to one which is less critical in order to get repairs done on two buggies which have both broken down apparently due to the batteries being unable to cope with the cold weather despite being under 4 months old…..

So here goes,,,,, I’m trying,,,,

Firstly the guy who delivered a third buggy is being dealt with “in house” after being unable to hand over the third buggy in a descent manner as he didn’t even tell me how to unfold it - however in seeing the buggy it is obviously not intended for outdoor use as it has a cloth seat and the company are changing it tomorrow for another one which is hopefully more suitable,,,,

The telephone people have been good and I will give credit where it’s due as the response has been pretty quick and they have taken one of the original buggies back for repair and have promised to send me out a battery for the other one if indeed it is proven that the battery is at fault ( neither of the two original buggies are accepting a charge )

I hope this meets with the companies requirements to have the buggies fixed quickly as me and my wife are now totally housebound and the company refuse to give me a replacement buggy as I haven’t taken out their ludicrously priced insurance ( £660 per year per buggy!!!!! )
Note - not the company’s fault but this needs to be seriously looked at as I insure my 400 bhp jaguar for £260 a year!!!!!!!

worse company i have delt with had my scooter 3 years its been fix no mount of time last time it wasnt fixed right and they wont fix it again because they cancelled my premium plus insurance saying they are stopping it for everyone and they havent. So now i have a scooter that doesnt steer right as the steering Colum is slack the wielding they did is an abortion it is not straight. They are liars and very rude on the phone if i was you i wouldnt deal with this corrupt company

You purchased your scooter from us in 2021, had 18 months use out of it, before as a gesture of goodwill we swapped it over to a brand new scooter in January 2023.

Since then, anytime you have called regarding any issue we have attend you and fixed any issues you have had, including numerous tyre replacements, and battery replacements.

Overall since purchase, you and your partner have used the services of our platinum plus insurance 25 times. A considerable number above the average - in fact 90% of our platinum plus customer we see once a year for their annual service.

After a review of our in house platinum plus club, you was found to be our number 1 customer for call outs in 2024, and a decision was made to cancel the membership of the platinum plus club due to the costs involved, and a belief that you had not been following your duty of care to look after the mobility scooter while in use.

We really do wish you the best of luck in the future.

We believe this review to be very unfair, and does not reflect the beliefs of our customers.

Very happy with the service. Scooter was fully demonstrated on delivery and was explained fully on how to use it and would like to thank cain for his patience. Would highly recommend

I bought a cabin car (sccooter pac) 4…

I bought a cabin car (sccooter pac) 4 years ago from this company, at the time I payed $£40 a month for their premium care covering
breakdowns, repairs, servicing, tyres etc, now they contacted me to tell me they are canceling the warranty cover as they can no longer afford to continue wth it, I have had a few problems with my scooter but I feel I have been let down badly, I would not
buy anything from this company again and would advise anyone to keep away as you will be disapointed

As explained to you previously, the premium cover you had on your cabin car was closed down due to the ever increasing costs in the parts for this particular scooter. It was not any easy decision to make, however for 4 years you have been fully covered for your mobility scooter, and all repairs have been completed for you free of any charge due to your membership.

Just recently purchased a k lite…

Just recently purchased a k lite mobility scooter and such a fantastic piece of kit, The mobility scooter has given my freedom back and such a smooth easy ride. The delivery driver cain was brilliant on explaining everything when the scooter was delivered and would highly recommend mobility connect to anyone in need of a new scooter.

I have sent in the complaint letter…yes

I have sent in the complaint letter regarding the diabolical way that Mobility connect have dealt with my scooter left me out without a scooter for weeks even though they are fully aware I have to go to hospital at least four days a week. I’ve emailed their complaints department they do not even get back to you Darren who supposedly is one of their CEOs really does not care. The company is run with extreme lack of care for people with disabilities are more interested in what money they can get out of you be very aware when you are dealing with them and don’t believe everything they say You will be let down

Kind friendly helpful,on the phone

They are understanding to your needs very helpful,I got a wheelchair and found out it was not for me,so they sort out and exchanged it for a scooter with no problem atall.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you want a wheelchair or a scooter and all disabled items

I HAD A BRAND NEW SCOOTER OF THESE I HAD IT 3 WEEK IT BROKE DOWN THAY TOOK IT IN TO THERE WORKSHOP FOR 10 WEEK I RANG EVERY OTHER DAY AND GOT TOLD LIYS EVERY TIME FROM WAITING FOR PARTS TO THEN THE SCOOTER WAS FIXED TO WAITING FOR PARTS TO THE SCOOTER BIN FIXED TO WAITING FOR PARTS AGAIN FINALLY GOT SCOOTER BACK IT COME BACK DAMAGED TO MY MIRROR AND DOOR AND WITH MORE PROBLEMS WITH THAN IT WENT IN FOR INCLUDING ELECTRIC FALT WITCH WAS FLATTERING MY BATTERIES NAW SAME THING AS HAPPED TO IT AGAIN WHAT IT WENT IN FOR IN FIRST PLACE IF ONLY HAD IT BACK 2 WEEKS AND IT NOT BIN USED BECAUSE IT GOT A LOAD OF PROBLEMS WITH IT THAY R NOT NOT REPLACING IT TRADING STANDARDS R IN VOLD AND GOIMG SE A SOLICITOR NEXT WEEK

Excellent service from the team at…

Excellent service from the team at Mobility Connect.

Mason was superb to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and fully answered any questions I had. My mobility scooter, Vantage, l was delivered by Graham who showed me how to dismantle and fully explained everything. I had a trial run another day as weather wasn’t the best.
I was so excited to be going out shopping on Friday however discovered that the main part was too heavy for either myself or my friend to lift into my friends car. I decided to contact MC and spoke with Nick. He and the team managed to sort out my problem. A Marlin is being delivered tomorrow, it’s about half the weight of the Vantage.
I cannot praise them highly enough.
Excellent service from initial contact.
Thank you so much, I can now get out and about again.

Waiting 5 weeks next Tuesday for my wife scooter to be repaired still not date they have made her house bound as can't walk far. Pay this £29 pound a month for a very bad service all the keep saying is very busy will check with engineers and told by some called alex the he would phone me this week now friday no call had phone them today still can't tell me when

Rubbish company.

Good luck to anyone needed a repair done my mums scooter kept cutting out. Someone came to fix it. It worked for a day then cut out leaving her stranded in the middle of the road now does not work at all. We have phoned Mobility Connect Ltd three times now to be told that that someone would be in contact in 24hrs and not one call back seems like they are only interested in sales and how much money they can make. The last person we spoke to had a right attitude on her.

This company can improve by closing…Totally useless, the whole lot of the setup.

This company can improve by closing down and the management get off their backsides and start beoing honest with people. Last Novemeber I purchased an M4DB scooter, first the delivery driver damaged the front cowling by going like an idiot. He also bent the front protection rail, I could quite easily repair this myself, but why should I when the blasted scooter is under warranty. forced Mobilty Connect to get new cowling and fit it, at the same time I wantedf my scooter serviced and new batteries put on it. I am not sure it was serviced, because since that time, the reversoing alarm has not worked and I lost all lights. Because I required to use the scooter after dark, I purchased rechargeable lights. But the sales people for these scooters are not honourable and truthful people. They do not tell the truth, they do tell anybody that the bigger/heavier the person, the less duration of the batteries and distance.
