Dislike the amount of the it took to come and fix my seat (6months) has told waiting for a part when all that was done when fixed was a whole new seat. then my cover had to be replaced. communication is very poor seat has now been replaced then two weeks ago my scooter wasn't charging called up on a Monday 7th to be told some one would be out week c/m 14/8, and on the 14th I called to see if any updates to be met with a rude response telling me I am not the only one and it depends on how I charge and use the scooter, I charge everytime I use it and over night, let that comment slide, no further along on when would be fixed called again Tues morning still no date and time. So left it and called again Thurs morning about putting a complaint to be called back by a manager who insisted she had called me Tues to say they would be out Thurs 17th between 12 and 6, but she didn't call me to tell me I had no call from mobility connect that day. Didn't want to argue on the fone has thought scooter wouldn't get fixed. Any way forward to engineer arriving had to have new batteries qnd charger has all along it was the charger that had broke and cuz it broke and scooter hadn't charged for almost 2weeks batteries were Naffed, ok so all fixed and useable again but all this could of been saved by maybe sending me out a new charger in the first place, to see if that fixed the problem!! And the fact the scooter is only 9months old so wasn't happy at all with the service I received!! I pay almost 160 a month for this has I have platium plus also

The aftercare from this company is abysmal I had a issue with my batteries which is supposed to be covered by my warranty but they refused to replace them blatantly blaming me for not charging it correctly which was false there engineer came out and agreed to replace the batteries but when I called the company they told me they were not going to replace them because there engineer told them I had only charged it twice from me getting which was untrue what he was actually told was I had only been out on it twice I explained that I had charged it in line with the instructions I was given upon delivery but they still refused to replace the batteries they wanted me to pay £500 for them to replace the batteries which I wasn’t able to do and I have not been able to use my scooter since

i have been looking for ascooter for ages .the scooter was bought to my home for me to try the first one was to small and too heavy .then they bought me another to try perfect just what i wanted the process was easy and did not know i could pay monthly for it especally as i am 75 yrs old . it was very easy and the staff i could not fault would certainly recomend them to any body

Wow, what huge difference having the Kymco Maxi XLS. It’s like driving a rolls Royce and thanks to Mobility Connect l was able to purchase one. Staff on the telephone were very helpful, patients and understanding of my needs. Have to say what a gent my delivery driver was. He showed me everything l needed to know, pleasant chatty.

Simon was really helpful and pleasant to deal with, he explained everything in detail and in layman's terms so that I understood exactly what was required of me. My scooter was delivered on the day as promised and the delivery person was fantastic in explaining everything that I had to do to use my scooter accordingly.
No respect for the disabled people
It is no longer enough for a person to be dependent on a mobility scooter, these companies still come to sell scooters with these terms and conditions, but when it comes to receiving the money, there are no terms and conditions, this is a lack of respect for those who need to leave home to go to the doctor and etc and you can't because you have to wait until they decide to come repair it, if they're busy with a lot of work or not, it's not the customer's fault, and then they send me an email to delete Rate your recent experience

Quick an simple contact over the phone. Everything was explained clearly and my order was placed. My scooter was delivered to my house on 5th January as promised and the representative walked me through the operation of the scooter. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I do not hesitate to recommend Mobility Connect Ltd.

Had kymco Kline scooter since August 2022 became unusable in November 2022 I have phoned and emailed numerous times to be told someone from the service department will contact me within 3 days. Quick enough to take money no help afterwards.
