We’re disappointed to see such an unjust and dramatic 1-star review, especially considering the situation. Your email was sent over the weekend, and as clearly stated on our website and contact pages, we are not open on Saturdays or Sundays!
We take customer service seriously and would never ignore a genuine query. Had you waited until our next working day (Monday), you would have received a timely response as always.
We are more than happy to either exchange or refund the item – no issue at all – and had you given us the opportunity to respond during business hours, this could have been resolved without frustration on either side.
We ask that you reconsider this review, as it does not fairly reflect our service or willingness to help.

We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, and are unsure why you felt the need to give us 1 star, as we take customer service very seriously and believe that our team did everything possible to assist you at the time.
When you reported a missing delivery, we promptly investigated and were able to provide tracking and a proof of delivery photo. Our team advised you to check with neighbours in case Royal Mail had left it nearby as that is common when customers are not in to receive their orders.
We also clearly stated that if the parcel couldn’t be located, to not hesitate to contact us again so we could help resolve the issue. As we never heard back, we reasonably assumed the parcel had been found.
If this isn’t the case, we’re still happy to assist—please get in touch so we can look into it further.

Terrible service.
I placed my order and paid foe express delivery. 2/3 working days. 5 days later and my order has still not arrived. I have sent emails to find out why and am just being ignored.

We are sorry to hear you haven't received your order. You placed your order on the 2nd of March (Sunday). Your order was dispatched on Monday the 3rd of march (faster than our stated delivery time). You then emailed us on the 5th of March advising you hadn't received your order. We did reply to you within the hour (email below).
We have just checked the delivery now and it appears that you didn't put a house number on your address details, only the street name.
If you had replied to our email we could have resolved this for you. We would appreciate it if you removed this 1 star review as the delay to your order was in fact caused by yourself.
That said, we are still happy to assist in getting this order to you as soon as possible. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Below is the original email we sent:

I can only apologise for the delay. Your order was sent out on the 03/03. However, there has been a delay in the shipment and its currently in the local depot.
FedEx tracking number is 445178376742. You can always check the updates of the delivery in the FedEx website.
