Unable to cancel my upcoming renewal web not working
Unable to cancel my upcoming renewal due to website issues.
My Moja car insurance is due to automatically renew on 12 September 2026. I do not wish to renew my policy.
I have tried the Moja website, MyMoja account, Help Hub and the cancellation link provided in my renewal email, but none of these pages are accessible. I have also tried to contact Moja by phone but have been unable to speak to anyone.
I am therefore unable to switch off automatic renewal through no fault of my own.
Please contact me as soon as possible and confirm that my policy will NOT automatically renew on 12 September 2026.
I am happy for my existing policy to remain in force until its current expiry date. I only want to cancel the upcoming renewal.

Moja Insurance (AXA) completely fails to deliver on its customer promise of being "simpler, fairer, and always there
Despite submitting undeniable evidence—including clear CCTV footage, an eyewitness account, my own formal statement, and an initial admission of fault from the third party's insurer—Moja has left my claim in an indefinite stalemate.
Key issues with their service include:
Zero Action on Conclusive Evidence: Presented with overwhelming proof of who was at fault, their liability team simply refuses to act, leaving the claim stalled without justification.
Appalling Communication: I have not been kept adequately informed at any stage of the process, leaving me completely in the dark.
Hostile Customer Support: Whenever I reach out to the liability team for a basic update, I am treated like a nuisance rather than a paying customer seeking resolution.
Leaving Customers in Limbo: Rather than fighting for their policyholder, they seem entirely content to sit back and do nothing.
It is shocking that a brand backed by AXA displays such total apathy when a claim requires actual work. You can be certain, however, that three months before my renewal date, they will have no trouble reaching out to keep me updated on taking my money. Avoid at all costs if you expect actual support when an accident happens.
